本人入住酒店9天，一開始小孩感冒發燒咳嗽多痰，半夜三更去醫院，吃葯和做霧化四天後回家，後面本人也開始噁心反胃，頭暈，咳嗽和喉嚨發炎，已經和酒店交涉，最後一天入住買試紙檢測反饋甲醛超標如下圖，大於0.15 ， 但是得到酒店回覆環境檢測合格，但是房間的確有異味，自來水是地下水有硫磺味，體驗也非常不好，之前前台入住也沒有提醒！ps：酒店的大件行李收件服務不錯！周圍非常安靜，離萬達2公里！

酒店設施非常齊全，還有專門的衣帽間，浴缸應有盡有，酒店位置距離清明上河園打車也很方便，過年期間自駕過去很難停車，酒店的服務品質太好了，出去遊玩回來還有小驚喜，紀念品孩子很喜歡，強烈推薦這家酒店

賓館非常的高端大氣上檔次，一進門就香氣飄飄，接待員也非常耐心，唯一美中不足的是，水有點味道，洗澡的噴頭不是那麼的好，有點生銹，不過不影響，很多東西都是智能的，挺滿意的，如果下次來開封還會來這裏，而且價格很優惠

位於高鐵站附件，酒店高端大氣，房間內寬敞舒適，洗漱用品設施齊全，洗漱間內有帶超大浴缸，早餐品種非常豐富，唯一不足的是酒店周圍有點冷清。

很不錯，離老城區遠一點安靜繁華一些；博物館，銀灘，萬達都在3公里以內，開車打車外賣都方便，酒店餐食也不貴。服務也很棒，升房，晚點退房都能輕鬆得到滿足！親子鉑爾曼第一，景色開元第一；想用比較少的錢享受酒店裝修的這家性價比第一。
