來開封旅遊的，很正規的酒店 看起來也很新，應該開業不久 ，設施都很齊全，本來在別處還定了一晚 ，睡得還不錯，就續住了一晚，環境挺好的，設施齊全，我和對象都很滿意

酒店位置在市中心，鄭開大道與集英街口，門口右側10米就有公交車站，去鄭州北站乘53路公交很方便，去古城開封府方向需要馬路對面乘車，稍遠一點。酒店房間及設施都不錯，酒店後門出去是公共小區的綠化園，散散步很愜意。酒店前台服務細緻熱情，可延時退房，早餐品種略少。

國慶假期來開封旅遊，必須提前預訂酒店，他家酒店國慶期間都滿房了。
設施：設施很新，基本設備很齊全。
衞生：服務員每天都會及時打掃房間，很乾凈。
環境：靠近景區，出行很方便，樓下免費停車場位置不多，需要自己找車位，不足之處是他家沒獨立的停車場，停車位全靠運氣。另外，他家房間都臨街，而且是雙向八車道主路，白天會非常吵。晚上會好些，窗户不是隔音材質的。
服務：前台很熱情，服務水平相當高。
性價比高。

國慶過來房價都上漲，這個酒店提前訂的，酒店服務態度都挺好的，很滿意，距離清明上河園也不遠，我們怕堵車坐車去的，回來叫車太難叫了，最近雨水天氣，建議帶着雨傘或者雨衣。

優點是房間比較大
其餘是缺點：
以前應該叫悦湖酒店，後來稍微刷了牆改成了季楓。洗髮水沐浴露都不知道是多久前的小樣了。
剛進房間味道很難聞，感覺很久沒人住了，但前台客服説她們天天爆滿，可能是通風不太好。
房間的燈很暗，估計改造的時候就做了一些表面，硬件沒變。
床品污漬很多，讓服務員換了一床被子，是保安大叔抱着上來換的。其餘的也想換，但太晚也怕麻煩。
早餐餐廳地方很小，進去一股難聞的味道，立馬退了出來。
晚上10點多入住，停車也不方便
孩子對黴菌過敏，偏偏這家酒店到處是黴菌，眼睛也腫了，鼻炎也犯了，還咳嗽。
暑假出來玩住了六七家酒店，這家是最不滿意的。

和朋友暑假旅遊，看了好幾家酒店，選擇了這家酒店。酒店服務很贊，服務員都很熱情，衞生也不錯，免費早餐，位置很好找，房間挺大。着急打車去高鐵站，還免費接送，很棒！！！
