Why don’t you use the points to upgrade the room after you arrive at the store, and say that you need to give a good review before you can upgrade. May I ask the store if you are trying to sell dog meat? If you can’t afford to exchange points for a room type, don’t hang it on it. If you stay in your hotel once, you won’t go there for the second time! I complained to Ctrip's customer service in the middle of the night because of this matter. The environmental facilities are nothing more than that, and I have to be sloppy in using points.

The door of the room I booked at the beginning couldn’t be locked. I changed to another room and still couldn’t lock it. I was worried when I went to bed at night. The air conditioner was not good.

環境：酒店位於市中心，驅車步行便捷方便找的到，門頭大廳寬敞明亮，出門就是大馬路。離下司古鎮景區很近。 設施：酒店設施齊全，有電梯，房間裝修設計感年輕化，能夠觀看到街上風景，床鋪軟度適中。停車位較少，去晚了要停在馬路對面，好在沒有交警抄牌。 衞生：房間，廁所，床鋪都乾淨整潔，有綠植。 服務：前台服務還可以。 不足:房間窗户外有根下水管道，晚上能聽到沙沙的聲音。睡眠質量不好的可能有點影響睡眠。

環境差，衞生差，抽屜裏垃圾，空調管的污垢……滿屋子臭味：廁所味，黴味，下水道味，就像睡在最臟的公共廁所裏。臭字了得！ 服務態度差！ 差，差，差！最差的住宿體驗！差，差，差！最差的住宿體驗差，差，差！最差的住宿體驗！

我非常滿意貴賓萊酒店的服務。從入住到離店，前台小姐姐都讓我感到熱情和友善的態度。他們不僅提供了清潔舒適的房間，我在這裏度過了一個愉快的假期，貴賓萊酒店的服務質量真的是非常出色。無論是商務旅行還是度假，貴賓萊酒店都是一個值得推薦的選擇。我強烈推薦這家酒店！

乾淨衞生，前台態度特別特別好

我們從湖南芷江進入貴州，凱里不是目的地，但需要休息一下住一宿，攜程上搜到這家店。還方便，缺點是沒有獨立停車場，我們的車停在酒店門口的街沿上。

酒店環境不錯，很安靜乾淨衞生，服務很好，下次每次來凱里就是他家了，強烈推薦！！！！
