The only reason why I gave this hotel a 3 out of 5 is because when we arrived, I made sure to book two conjoining rooms right next to each other, and one of them was still dirty as if someone just left. We checked in at 11:30PM, so there was plenty enough time to clean the rooms. It was very aggravating, but I’m grateful the office staff was able to get the room cleaned within 30 minutes. Also, I got very sick from the coffee downstairs. Not sure if it was the coffee itself or the creamer.

Great hotel. Excellent base camp for adventures in the Kanab area. Spent three nights there. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Rooms ceiling had super creaky noise from upstairs, woke me a few times, walls looked like they were caving in with paint flaking off and cracks. And killed a couple cockroaches in the morning. Yuck! Other than that People at the front desk were nice. Free breakfast was ok.

We stayed here last year and things were fine. This year there was hair on the shower curtains and unnoticed underwear by the curtains.

Great stay in friendly hotel. Lovely room with view of the mountains. Good location to visit the Zion NP. Excellent breakfast.
