出差預訂的酒店，老店，房間房頂如圖，很不美觀！不隔音很吵，樓道説話房間聽的清清楚楚！早餐比較差，出品單一，都是素菜，包子不太熟，隨口問了一句有沒有白米粥，一個男性工作人員板著臉回覆了一句，有小米稀飯你不能吃嗎？大清早的一下子什麼心情都沒了！枕頭上還有頭髮！不過價格便宜，也就這樣了，

酒店設施十分老舊，裝修風格像是20年前的！一進電梯就是一股濃濃的煙味加臭味！房間裏就更不用説，定的3人間一推開門心都涼了，房間像是**！説不出的詭異感…房頂掉皮…燈泡不亮…幾乎沒有紗窗破了好大一個洞！地毯上也感覺又臟又舊！房間裏黴味特別大！打頭！床單上也不知道是什麼東西糊了一團黃黃的！上樓還不到10分鐘的時間就下樓去找前台一個戴眼鏡短髮的女人溝通要不住了，一聽我要不住了馬上讓我加錢在開一個標間，我不願意就在大廳跟我又吼又叫！要上手打人了，從來沒見過這種服務態度！太惡劣了！後來還是通過打攜程官方電話才給我退的錢！體驗感太差了，出來玩的好心情全部沒了！這種服務這種設施這種衞生也不知道這4.5高分的評價是哪來的？刷出來的？克拉瑪依人均GDP排名第一的城市怎麼會有這種垃圾酒店！還有那個姓黃的經理也是夠讓人上火的，從頭到尾沒有露面就直接給攜程官方説不能退！昨天克拉瑪依晚上下雨，我頂着大雨到處找酒店！！大家趕緊避雷吧！300多塊錢完全可以找更好更新的酒店！
