This place is a great value at it's current price.
The location was a convenient walk to a decent Mexican restaurant. It was easy to get on and off the highways.
The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

The toilet wiggled snd was broken. I cut my finger on it twice trying to flush the toilet

The bathroom was in need of repair. Thier was enamel scraped off the tub, the ceiling was in need of repair and their was also mold on the light fixture.

I forgot to ask if the property had an elevator in it. So, I could request a room on the bottom floor. Besides that a very good stay!

Nice convenient location just off I-5 at 3 Rivers Mall. Large rooms, good refrigerator with separate freezer, reasonable size vanity in bath, helpful staff
