They had a cute little food truck that provided pastries, coffee and tea in the morning. Kayaks and paddle boards were complimentary. Beds were comfortable

Very friendly helpful staff and owner Peg. They provided great tour and dining suggestions. Used the kayaks twice - loved that! Enjoyed the small beach and even played the bean bag game over drinks. Scones and coffee in morning were tasty. Would definitely recommend!

We were more than satisfied, the room with a small kitchenette and fridge was very large, everything was clean and available. The reception was very friendly and courteous, we got a nice room. The car park was right in front of the house. You could easily unload everything. The grounds were very well maintained. We were able to use the free kayaks, watch the wildlife and enjoy the sunsets right next to the hotel. From the lodge you could easily go shopping and drive to Pennekamp Nature Park. We can only recommend the hotel!

Such a charming and welcoming hotel. Peg and her son talk with their guests as well as share tips for local establishments. Loved the stories. Felt like home. Beautiful, clean grounds.

Peggys breakfast scones and hot chocolate were a great addition to the stay , sunsets were great both nights and the room was super cozy

Property say that offer free breakfast, true is, all you get is coffee and a scone.
My room only had the bathroom light and a lamp by the bed working . Ceiling light were out, iron broken and bathroom outlet broken.
Very quiet place to relax but need a lot of maintenance the rooms.
