The hotel has two swimming pools with good water quality. When it suddenly rains heavily, umbrellas are provided. When there was a blockage in the sewer pipe, the management staff was able to help solve it in time, and the service attitude was enthusiastic. The shortcoming was that the variety of dishes was monotonous, the selection was insufficient, and the taste was average. After staying for four days, lunch and dinner were basically served in the restaurant outside.

Excellent hotel with beautiful grounds, picturesque places and excellent service. The service is in English, they will help you and tell you what to do and how to do it In front of the hotel across the road is a great private beach, which belongs to the hotel, for surfers is highly recommended, gorgeous views, soft sand. The hotel itself has a pleasant staff that solves most issues in a matter of minutes. Delicious food, variety of products. Room cleaning is daily and very high quality. On the territory of the hotel two pools, running cute chipmunks, convenient location of the rooms From the minuses: near the hotel there is a railroad, which can cause some inconvenience, but the trains do not go too often, so over time you get used to it.

Location is nice and the staff is friendly and attentive. Rooms are good but The washrooms have no locks But I never saw the manager even i asked for him, he never came forward and thats a big minus Need to cross the road to go to the beach All in all not bad

Beautiful location opposite private beach.rooms are clean and spacious ..service provided by Sujith was above and beyond and he is an outstanding representative for this resort..great place to stay..two pools means no overcrowding and buffet breakfast was delicious

So many reviewsby people needing the assistance of the manager & staff. For what? One person said they had the manager's phone number to call 24/7. Why? Reception provide you with an information sheet. This hotel must have to deal with so many needy, ignorant, clueless people. Can't blame the hotel for having a generic response to reviews. All the staff at reception & restaurant were friendly, well trained & helpful. My room was clean & spacious. Wardrobe & a long shelf with minibar spirits, kettle & free water. Everything worked fine. Lighting was good. The balcony had a table & 2 chairs. The bed had clean linens, 4 pillows, 2 cushions & provided me with a comfortable sleep. There was a power point on one side. Breakfast was a buffet with an egg station so you won't go hungry. I had dinner one night at the restaurant having ordered yellow fin tuna which was very nice. Staff were attentive & provided excellent service. The pool is a decent size & well maintained. Overall, I had an enjoyable & comfortable experience at what is a true 3 star hotel.

We went to spend the day of January 7, 2024, and had a great time with unforgettable relaxing experience throughout the day. Rasika and the front desk staff were excellent and surely an asset to the owners. Nice and clean pool and we all made the most of it. The lunch buffet was amazing and one of the best we've had with lots of expensive things. I personally thanked Chef Mithun, who was present on that day as the Executive Chef was on leave. The restaurant staff was very nice and helpful. Thank you again Rasika and all the staff members, for your great service rendered, and making it something unforgettable for us. Sudarshan De Zoysa.

The environment was very calm and quiet. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. But the Wi-Fi speed inside chalet rooms were not adequate. The pools were well maintained. Overall, the staff was really friendly. Service at the reception desk was very good and we really felt welcome on arrival. The food was top notch (except for watalappan) We really enjoyed both buffet and set menu. The restaurant staff was nice but I guess some of them could improve a bit on their professionalism.(nothing major) They have a private beach, one of the most glamorous beaches in Sri Lanka. The price was very reasonable compared to the service they provided. We also enjoyed the complementary boat ride and the gaming area. However, the dart board and the carrom board need better maintenance or an upgrade.

The hotel is very close to the beach. It has two larger pools and comfortable tanning chairs. The room was very clean and tidy. The surroundings of the hotel were taken care of on a daily basis and the staff was extremely friendly and nice. All meals were very well prepared and the choice of meals was sufficient. We were very happy with our holiday and recommend this hotel to everyone who wants a peaceful and clean environment.

I went there with my friends. They welcomed us with soothing sented wet towels and fresh juice.location is Superb. It has two big pools both side of the hotel.That makes more privacy and comfortable. Room was so comfy and clean.I love the way that they arrange the room it feels more romantic. You get every facilities there .Specially pillows , very soft.lot of garden area and greenery. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Food was yummy. Here I wanna mention the cheif Executive chef Mr Alex. He made us very yummy food and helped us a lot to make our stay a more memorable one ❤️ For the breakfast the spread was both srilankan and western. Highly recommended this hotel not only for the foreigners but srilankan as well. The rates also very reasonable. One of the most romantic nights we had there. Here again special regards to Mr Alex (Executive chef) for the every effort and kindness to made our stay a memorable one.
