They were great at the Kokomo La Quinta. No hot tub though, that made me sad. The water in the pool was too cool for me, especially without a warm place to retreat to.

woke up to a bed bug in my bed, went down stairs to address and was told "Um i dont know how to handle this situation" I had to walk the employee through next steps such as, I would like to check out immediately, notify a manager and I would like a refund for the rest of my stay. Was met with I cannot do this as you booked through a 3rd party but I can check you out. They were zero help, zero accountability.

I stay at a lot of hotels and I’ve stayed at this one a lot recently. All the staff are professional and friendly. I am always very surprised because this is not the case in most hotels.

Convenient location to shopping and eating. Easy parking, nice staff, beautiful large room. Loved the hot breakfast. Walls are a little thinner than i prefer.
