The hotel room which I stayed was very confortable, with wide space, big bed, clean bedsheets and near to eating places and also near to the airport. Initially I was afraid the noise from the airplanes may disturb my sleep as my room was facing on the left side of the building, but to my surprise I did not hear planes flying so I was happy that I didn't experience any noise to disturb my tranquility. The only con is there is no restaurant in the hotel so my breakfast came as a bento like box takeaway. No coffee also, the coffee is available in the room but is chargeable. Only the tea bags are free. The parking is multi-storeyed and managed electronically. You put your car into the car lift and it is then parked automatically one car at a time. To retrieve your car, you need to scan your hotel card for it to be brought down via the car lift again. It may be time consuming if you are in a hurry and there are a few people in the queue before you.

Because of the plane at two o'clock in the morning, this is a place to rest! The room has two bunk beds and four beds! I don't know why I charged me 50rm cleaning fee before moving in

There is also a cleaning fee of 50 MYR, which feels very shabby. If the family travels together, the independent villa room has two large beds. There is the sound of airplanes at night, a bit noisy, there are few restaurants around, a bit remote

I have stayed at this hotel for many times & will always come back. • The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made my stay so comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect - close to the city centre, airport & you will enjoy the best sunset ever at Tanjung Are beach! The staff would also give you a free transfer to the airport for your early morning flights, fantastic you guys! You could find a lot of hawker stores at the beach area so dinner is easily sorted. “The breakfast was always great, simple but nice.
