The location is great, close to major temples, the castle, and the shopping area. Staff were quite friendly and room was clean. It was a shame that the restaurant was closed due to new year.

The location is excellent, yet quiet and prosperous. The room bathroom was very clean and the service staff were happy to help. Just no laundry facilities. It is a hotel where you can feel safe and comfortable to stay.

The hotel is in a very good location, yet quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle. There is a parking lot right in front of you, but the path at the entrance is narrow, loading and unloading luggage is cramped, and there is no help such as a bellman. The mattress is old.

Anyway, the location is good.
It's a well-regarded hotel that has been around for a long time, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind.

It's near Kumamoto Castle, and you can get to the city right away.. The exterior is a bit old, but the inside is neat
