是假期來昆明玩的，首先考慮的就是地理位置，最後選擇了這裏，在評分裏看到了這家公寓，覺得各方面挺好就定了五天，來了以後確實很好，附近商場，吃飯的地方特別多，我基本上都是在附近玩，覺得很棒，後面又住了四天給老闆升級了房型老闆很熱心，每天幫我拿快遞取外賣，真的很棒很不錯，建議大家來這邊住🥰

設施：房間設施非常的齊全，該有的東西都有，老闆也非常的熱情，每天都會問一下房間裏有沒有需要補的東西。
衞生：很乾凈，新裝修的房間非常亮堂。
環境：1.離地鐵口很近 2.商業區的中心 3.樓下就是步行街 4.去其他地方打車也非常的方便（價格都是在10元左右）
服務：第一次來的時候找不到路口，老闆很貼心的下樓來接。跟老闆諮詢附近的美食，沒有推薦那些網紅店。特別是老闆推薦的燒烤！！！真的很好吃！！！！
酒店就在市中心、價格還優惠、要什麼自行車！！！！

距離南強街巷，昆明老街，金碧坊歷史街區近，房間裝修得特別好，床也很乾凈，有獨立衞生間，牙膏，牙刷，梳子，熱水器，沐浴露，洗髮水，吹風機等設施一應俱全，前台服務員態度熱情，晚上睡得也特別香。

朋友推薦的臨時落個腳，在這個地理位置，這個房價，居然有如此高性價比的公寓，很是驚喜！首先，裝修風格清新簡潔，衞生做得非常到位，房間彩光很好，尤其是空中花園早上曬太陽特別舒服，下次還會再來，老闆也非常熱心，事無鉅細的介紹講解，生怕給住宿帶來不便。超讚！！🏆🏆👈👈

老闆很好，服務熱情，地段核心，周邊吃逛行玩都挺方便，房間不大，但個人夠用了，窗户靠過道的沒有明顯的氣流感，如果比較在意通風的建議選擇窗户靠外邊的房間。
