To be honest with you the room that I was booked is not good for a business person, it's a game room and does not even have a TV.
but the reception morning shift staff is one of excellent, very patient, very helpful with professional. her name is Ms Zhang Fang Ying. One of the excellent staff, help me to sort out my trouble, very calm and very professional. this staff safe this hotel's reputation, but most staff are a bit ignorant. only one staff in the evening shift with Glass waring Satff a bit helpful.

It's a pretty rubbish hotel. I just booked a comfortable room when I arrived. The front desk told me that the KTV in the room would be noisy. You need to pay extra for a room that is not noisy. They also said that there would be no refunds for your stay. The front desk service was very poor. After checking in, the KYV next to me was very loud. I didn't fall asleep during my freshman night, and didn't fall asleep until 6 o'clock in the morning. There was an exhaust vent in the room, which was very loud all the time. Forget it, I didn't fall asleep at night. I started urging you to check out at 12 o'clock. I already told you that you would be charged for overtime. Keep knocking on the door and spending 300 yuan a night just to get yourself into trouble? The projector is also broken. I went to the front desk to check out. The front desk said they would charge for three hours and gave me a good review. They never asked about the check-in experience. I might as well have paid for half a day's room. It was really disappointing.
