很差的一次體驗，樓下就是KTV酒吧之類的，隔音很差我在6樓都聽得清清楚楚，KTV唱到晚上兩點半左右才消停一點。另外浴室的水都滿出來了，馬桶旁邊都是，電吹風用着突然壞了，幾個第二天起來又好了。WiFi密碼也沒見哪兒寫着有。房間裏面燈也挺暗的開完了燈不夠亮。衞生還好主要是設備比較老舊。

老闆，有一説一，你家的酒店環境和衞生不錯的，住着也很舒服，但是我感覺酒店最重要還是服務，我建議你好好管一下某些**服務員吧，太影響心情了，就這種服務態度我還不如去你們旁邊的賓館住一晚，就那**前台我説我送個東西上去，他惡狠狠的告訴我30分鐘走，***又不是有病，你不會好好講話嗎，就這服務態度是我之前住過的酒店裡沒遇到過的

酒店房間大，床品潔凈舒適。周圍小食店眾多，生活方便。前台客服熱情，服務貼心。最重要的是鄰近昆明植物園及黑龍潭公園，公交2站距離，步行15分鐘。植物園一年四季花開不斷，是我最愛去的地方。美中不足是花灑出水太小，可能是水管積水垢堵塞了。希望定期檢修。

真的好一般的房間啊，地毯太舊了全是煙頭印跡各種臟東西的印記，空調太老了，工作幾分鐘就疙瘩疙瘩的響一下，我是睡眠很好的人也還是被空調吵醒了。主要是設施老舊，其他的也沒大問題。
