第一次入住三樓，12點多了，小孩子發現蟑螂，怕了睡不着覺，我想着一衹麼，沒事，過了半年時又爬出兩衹，小孩就不敢睡了，我打電話給前台，説拿葯來噴，沒味道的。噴完一股氣味，後來説換個房間，換去隔壁，一進去床旁邊也是一個蟑螂。那兩間房都有，沒辦法了，一大晚上了小的孩子已經睡著了，大的孩子不敢睡，酒店老闆建議換4樓的房間，後來搬着東西兩趟換4樓沒看到蟑螂，小孩才敢睡覺了。
