If you are heading in and out of Kunming on a short trip this is excellent choice, close to airport, 30 minutes drive. There is a shopping mall and a beautiful flower garden with Chinese restaurants. I had my best hot pot with Yunnan rice noodles here.
Hotel staff spoke very little English. Mr Leo was the savier who helped us in making our stay and dining comfortable.

房間適合帶孩子，有單獨小床，整體衞生乾淨，包含小童樂園門票，孩子可以玩一會挺開心的，員工看出來很忙，酒店公區很大，可以逛逛走走，度過一個週末

酒店設施齊全，親子房乾淨整潔，佈置温馨，還有可愛的小熊陪伴娃（酒店贈送），住的很舒服。前台服務到位，段經理熱情、周到，服務貼心…自助早餐品種多，來往機場很方便，如下次來昆明還會再光顧，性價比非常高的一家大酒店👍

房間攜程定的圖片家庭房到店給了一個很小的房間，贈星球樂園門票沒贈給的看花的，真是服了，這酒店真的不推薦！早餐垃圾要命

身為五星級的酒店，隔音是做的真差……從凌晨一點到凌晨四點，樓上的人都在放水洗，來來回回折騰，簡直了。打電話給前台，服務態度呢還算不錯，衹是吧沒有解決問題，那還扯什麼呢？ 凌晨兩點半打的電話，説給換房間或者退房， 前台：我們給您換到高層可以嗎？那裡客人比較少。OK 等到凌晨三點四十幾都沒有落實，再後來直接沒人管你打不打電話的，唉……住過很多地方的豪生，唯獨這家是真讓我失望啊……

就這樣的酒店也能5星？攜程是不是瞎了。酒店有沒有賄賂攜程和其他訂房平台方，需要嚴查。
1、最多3星的硬件，槽點滿滿，沒這個本事就不要攬5星的頭銜。房間格局小且不合理，總共沒20平方還劃分出一房一廳鴿子籠大小，侷促且不方便，完全沒法和別的5星40平以上寬敞房間相提並論。
2、房間非常冷，空調如同虛設，還噪音哄響，一夜裹被求生存。電視雪花屏，也就是個擺設。廁所有浴缸空間也很大，***，這麼冷的房間裏你要我走在廁所都要凍死了，誰還用。
3、酒店配套什麼親子樂園啦花園啦，擦哪，十萬八千里繞一路，左邊點去右邊，腿腳功夫不好就別去了，花園裡人影都沒一個，冷冷清清悽悽慘慘切切。
4、説説服務，可能是沒有培訓的緣故還是前台那晚上腦子發暈了，2次深夜電話吵醒輕度睡眠的寶寶，鈴聲震耳欲聾，氣得就差沒報警了。這還5星級服務，這種低級錯誤任何一個3星級漢庭全家都不會犯吧。
5、一家人裹着被子在這個假5星酒店床上擠擠湊合一晚上，體驗之差呀，佛祖保佑沒感冒，感恩耶穌。
6、早上的餐廳鬧哄哄，放着十八線縣城超市促銷音樂，昏暗的佈置，潦草的餐品，沒什麼可拿的，好差。
7、 其實酒店管理人員還是在乎客户體驗的，第二天早上投訴後也積極處理，並不是破罐子破摔的態度。但是硬件軟件都跟不上就不要硬擠5星了，以4星的標準沒準還能獲幾個好評，實話説，也就3星吧。
最後提醒其他希望住離機場最近的5星酒店的人避開此酒店，我就是被帶坑裡去的。

em. 豪生住的挺多的了. 但是這麼差的豪升真的還是第一次. 隔音還不如漢庭。洗手間水管一直有水聲 果盤的水果刀感覺前面的客户用過後沒洗 看上去很臟。切橘子都切不動…我也是醉了
