服務很好很好！阿姨很熱情可愛 客服幾乎秒回 也很熱情 有什麼問題也能馬上解決 房間乾淨 簡約好看
缺點就是 交通不便 離地鐵站其實算遠 離景點也是 所以都需要打車 酒店沒空調 有電熱毯 感覺衞生間水流比較小
沒有拍圖 湊一下 酒店跟圖片差不多 是看上去比較好看的 有洗衣機

店家態度真的是太太太太太好了！先是在網上看見這家評價很高，點進去看都有一個共同點就是態度很好。入住前詢問到提前辦理入住到離店後的態度，都讓人感到非常舒服。還幫我們把行李放到房間，帶我們到房間。真的很奈斯。
房間就更不用説了，是住過很舒服的房間了。一是安靜，二是視野好，三是是我喜歡的奶油風。四是衞生很乾凈。投影各方面都沒問題，店家也會提前告知一些有用的訊息。真的很好。房間拍照也是很絕，沙發上，椅子上，還有全身鏡，都很不錯。下次來還住！不虛此行。

來昆明真的強推這家酒店！我們到酒店時已經接近凌晨兩點了，但是前台阿姨一直在等我們，幫我們辦理好入住之後親自送我們到房間，全程非常貼心熱情。房間比我想象中大很多，很乾凈很整潔，還有電熱毯跟取暖器，我們住的那幾天天氣很好很暖和就沒用得到。老闆的女兒是位超級無敵美麗的小姐姐，前幾天一直是微信跟小姐姐交流，提醒我們一些入住需要注意的事情，對我們也是有問必答，超級熱情，最後一天退房的時候終於見到小姐姐真人了，超美！小姐姐還送了我們一個小掛件，掛我包上超合適。為什麼對這次的酒店這麼滿意，第一個原因是房間本身很好，第二個原因就是老闆和小姐姐的熱情給我們提供了很好的情緒價值，讓我們真的還想再來一次昆明。

小姐姐服務態度很好～海給我們升級了房間，退房還送了小掛件很暖心～退了房把東西寄存在前台幾個鍾也沒問題太棒啦，臨走要去坐地鐵，阿姨還帶我們走最近的路，太熱情啦～下次來昆明還來
