前台小姐姐提前打電話給預留了房間，房型很棒。我們到的時候比較晚，還送了鮮花餅和小零食，還有小朋友的拖鞋牙刷等。酒店的早餐也非常滿意~種類多還乾淨衞生。我們住了3晚，每天打掃也很及時~小朋友也很喜歡。

4/26入住 5/1離開 連續個晚上都住在這裏 和工作人員都成了朋友 有一位叫“熬夜小魚”的前台服務人員 每天都會抽空和我分享推薦的路線 非常可愛 我還和她約定了下次還要來體驗昆明更多的季節
酒店地理位置很好 一切都很方便 我連在上海沒空換的手機電池都在酒店門口的專門店裡換上了 絕對見縫插針

房間設計合理，衞生很乾凈，長者小孩都很喜歡，位置也好，離翠湖很近，周圍好吃的店也不少，離潘家灣地鐵站也不遠，不靠近路邊，但也不算背，總體而言性價比蠻高的。有機器人送外賣，小盆友很喜歡。

這家店離翠湖非常近，作為昆明city walk落腳點非常合適，在達到昆明之前，酒店工作人員就提前打電話詢問我到達時間，提醒我注意事項，主動發路線圖給我，非常的暖心。一到酒店，工作人員就送上了鮮花餅。由於是淡季出行，酒店主動升級了房間，遇到房間朝向不合適，也會貼心得幫我們更換房間。本來是每個房間平台上衹送了一份早餐，看到我們是兩人同行，也送了我們早餐券。總而言之，酒店位置合適，工作人員也很nice，讓我們在外面感受到了家庭的温暖，也讓我們這次昆明之行過的非常愉悦，我還會再來的！

節日期間價格也不太貴，平常就更親民了，除了外面在修建影響整體環境，其他都滿意，還送了小朋友禮物，不管價值多少，讓人很開心。早餐也出乎意料的好，酸奶不是那種復原乳，品種也夠多。離翠湖也近。

凌晨到的，前台非常迅速的給辦了入住，全季全國連鎖還是可以的，房間很大，並且前台小姐姐很貼心的説可以延遲到3點退房，雖然我也不用這麼晚退房。行李寄存在酒店一樓，出去逛了半天再回來取，非常方便。洗面奶落在房間還電話我幫我留在前台，總體來説很不錯！

人還在動車上，就有前台小姐姐來加微信指路，生怕我提行李不方便和找不到，感動哭。
位置在翠湖附近，去文林和講武堂都很方便。
設施都很新，衞浴間三分離用的非常之爽。洗護用品的香氣是天竺葵，清香久久不散，，好想問有沒有在售。早餐的用餐空間很寬闊，咖啡機打出來的拿鐵香醇濃郁～怒贊！

辦理入住很熱情，全季是在哪個城市都會有先考慮的酒店，貼心的送了小童拖鞋和牙刷，前台小哥哥告知我們定的沒有早餐，送了我們早餐券。房間打掃乾淨，沒有異味。如果預訂的話儘量選擇帶窗的房間，雲南的陽光很好，這次住了幾天，返程還住這裏
