這個酒店確實不錯，也是第一次入住，跟網上其他的入住朋友一樣的感受，特別是老闆真的是熱情，為住客所想，讓住客有回家的感覺，很舒服。這次返程再入住一次！

覺得還可以.設施方面都挺好的.就是隔音效果太差了.隔壁幹什麼都聽的一清二楚.建議改善.其他方面還行.因為是國慶期間.覺得價格還是有點小貴.服務態度很好.總體來説還可以.

店主非常熱心，房間非常乾淨，環境非常安靜，不遠就是聯大街地鐵站，出差很方便，半小時地鐵就到斗南花市，樓下有美食街，酸菜豬腳火鍋，特別推薦老宣威的餐廳，裏面的菌子非常好吃！

服務真的超級好，我因為晚點到，老闆還特意打電話詢問，等我到達後，老闆親自帶我到住宿房間，並且耐心的回答我的問題，酒店衞生環境也很不錯，周圍環境也很安靜。

酒店在小區裏，感覺小區比較老，環境一般般，酒店除了一張床一個很小的桌子和一個板凳外其他啥也沒有，不值100多的價格，床單有個壞了的洞，毛巾也是有壞了的洞，酒店環境一般般般般般。不過老闆服務態度挺好的。

出來旅遊提前預訂的酒店，看了點評，覺得酒店的評分性價比都很高，果斷預訂了。結果快到昆明瞭，酒店通知有團隊入住沒有離開，然後老闆給我們預留了隔壁的酒店，一開始很不願意，但是老闆態度非常好，於是答應了，結果過來後，真是沒有讓我們失望，換的酒店環境非常好，老闆也沒有讓我們補差價，酒店的老闆夫妻態度也非常熱情，以後來昆明還會來住的
