為了坐第二天一早的高鐵選擇在昆明站附近入住。
地理位置可以，出行方便；
衞生較差，很多地方有明顯的灰塵和污垢；
設施老舊，空調是壞的不能用；
説一下服務，大包小包行李拿着，登記後來到房間層，發現房卡打不開門，於是我拿着行李等着，女朋友下去一趟，前台説插入式的門卡，再試一下，於是第二次嘗試還是打不開，我和女朋友再次下樓，前台重新入磁門卡，我們再上樓第三次嘗試，這時候我懷疑門是壞的，和房卡無關，於是我還在別的門上試了，有報錯，我們那間的門是沒有任何反應的，於是再次下樓和前台説明，清晰表達了之後，前台換了一張房卡讓我再次嘗試，我已經明確表達了是門鎖有問題和房卡無關，可以來一個人看看，前台堅持讓我再嘗試以後不行再打給前台，於是第四次放回嘗試開門，無果，打電話給前台，來了個人自己嘗試以後發現是門鎖不行，這個時候再換房。大包小包的重行李揹着跑上跑下那麼多趟，真的。。。哎。。。

作為一個來旅遊的東北人，很少寫評價，但是我對這家酒店的評價真的是三個字，嘎嘎牛！設施先進，智能馬桶，環境優越，乾淨整潔，環境安靜，前台服務熱情，總之不錯，下次還會再來

這真的是我住過最差的酒店了，連鄉鎮招待所都比不上。300多的大床房，房間又小又發黴，空調不讓用，電視打不開。半夜冷的很，讓前台送一床被子，被告知沒有，態度惡劣。後來還是找客房阿姨要了一床沒有洗的被子講究用着。7天酒店已經爛成這樣了嗎？7天，永久拉黑！

酒店離火車站走路5分鐘，非常的近，周圍熱鬧，吃的也多，非常方便，房間乾淨整潔，服務員很熱情，店長非常温柔有理，為我們解答了所有疑問，且對我們做了指引，還做了去每個熱點地方的指引，很貼心，非常棒
