昆明住過最差的酒店。4.9分的評價不知道是如何得到了，説是2020年開業，但破爛到象是2010年的房間，牆壁又爛又黴，廁所又舊又差房門不能反鎖。住宿登記時説好我不坐飛機不用送去機場，結果凌晨三點多和四點多先後兩次有人打電話來問上車了沒有，搞死！

環境超級差，衞生超級差，跟圖片上完全不符合，而且整一個酒店都給人一種陰森森的感覺，果我有罪，請讓法律來懲罰我，而不是讓我住了他家的酒店，這種酒店是倒貼我100塊錢，我都不會去住的，真的超級恐怖，裏面的房間特別陰森，而且店主對待客人一點也不在意，早上我要去機場的時候下來一樓大廳都沒有任何一個人來接待我，根本不像一個旅館，前台的樣子我很難評

這個價格房間也別要求多好。 不過他的送機服務真的差，説好的五點半送我，我五點二十多到大廳一個人也沒有。等到五點三十五我打電話給前台，他居然説司機五點二十準時走了，説我沒有在五點二十到達大廳等。叫我等到下一班五點五十走，可我等到五點五十也沒有車，一直到六點多才出發。而且中途服務態度極差，反覆在説我五點二十沒有到達大廳，怪我自己沒有按規定時間到達。可我明明定的是五點半出發的啊，中間也沒有任何電話。總之服務極差，而且地方偏僻，邊上啥也沒有，要是趕時間想自己打車都打不到。最後他超過三點就不允許取消了，除非必要不用提前訂，訂了就取消不了。

住過最差的酒店，定的是家欣佳賓館，到達機場後聯繫接機被拉去一個工業區，一路導航看是反方向了，電話聯繫後告知是送其他客人，到了後發現不是我定的賓館，又電話聯繫説要住家欣佳自己打車過去，因為人生地不熟也是深夜了衹能將就住，結果一夜沒睡好，被子很潮濕房間設施破舊不堪窗外光污染嚴重特別要命的是不知道什麼聲音吵了一晚上，不知道去哪兒網是怎麼審核的，這種無良商家也能合作。

就是村裡的一個小旅館，價格是便宜，但根本不是圖片中那樣，關鍵的關鍵還沒有熱水，而且安排的是另外一家賓館，説都是一家的，我也是無語了。

進到酒店大廳都會給人眼前一亮，環境優雅，看起來一塵不染，這是給我的第一感覺。酒店的房間高端大氣上檔次，房間內物品擺放的整整齊齊，房間也打掃的乾乾淨淨，最主要的是服務人員也很熱情，方方面面都想的特別周到性價比很高的三星級酒店 房間非常乾淨 服務總枱 熱情服務。態度親切感 非常好，服務也非常到位。下次還會選擇這裏。
