The service is very, very good, the room is clean and tidy, parking in the backyard is convenient, and the hotel is in a very good location, within walking distance to Nanping Pedestrian Street and Kunming Old Street. It's a pity that the room I stayed in was not well soundproofed and the bathroom smelled bad. I opened the windows and doors many times at night for ventilation. After a hard night, I left early and chose another hotel.

From the reception service to the floor cleaning service, everyone is smiling and gentle. Stayed for four nights, and there were fruits or snacks every day, as well as good night milk. I made an impromptu decision to go on a trip with friends. I compared many hotels on major travel platforms from price, location, star rating to guest reviews, and finally decided to conservatively choose Jinquan. The moment I entered the room, I still felt it was a great value. I stayed in a room on the non-smoking floor. The rhinitis patient felt good. When I returned to the floor after breakfast every day, I could see that the service guy was very serious about cleaning the room. The service lady who delivers milk to the room at night is also smiling.

The appearance of the hotel and the lobby are not inferior. Of course, it cannot be compared with the new high-end hotels, but the location is still good. The room is of medium size, standard decoration, clean and tidy. Snacks and biscuits are provided every day. The shortcoming is that the amount of hot water is slightly small. The breakfast is good, although not very rich, it can meet basic needs. Parking is right behind the lobby, which is very convenient. The service from the waiters was very good and polite.

My wife has stayed in this hotel before. It is located in the city center and is very close to the subway. It is convenient to go anywhere. There are a lot of places to eat nearby, and there is a good rice noodle restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. The ordinary standard rooms are very cost-effective. Although they are a bit older, they are still clean and comfortable. Because the child had a fever and was sick, the hotel delayed check-out and gave me a small cake for my birthday, which was great. Because I felt unwell after taking care of my child in the middle of the night, I rested in the corner of the lobby and fell asleep after checking out. I was criticized for not being allowed to sleep and had to sleep in other public places. The tone was very harsh. Being scolded in front of children made me feel very annoyed. If your hotel encounters this kind of situation again, can you give the guest some advice on where to go or provide some help? Blaming people in a domineering manner can only intensify the conflict. The faults are not hidden, and I look forward to improving the service to a higher level.

The hotel is very clean and warm. The rooms are very comfortable and the location is excellent. It is close and convenient to Daguan Park, Golden Rooster and Bima Square, the airport, etc. I will stay here again next time I go to Kunming!

Parking is easy. The service is in place. However, the sofa bed in the parent-child room is a bit short. My son is 1.75 and can only sleep diagonally. I will book a triple room next time.
