非常不推薦，安全性極差，民宿位置在一座樓齡30年打上的大樓，樓裏有居民也有各種民宿，説是説刷卡才能坐電梯，實際到了晚上保安懶得幫忙刷卡，直接把卡放在電梯裏，換句話就是説衹要是個人都能上去，非常不安全。樓裏的環境如圖，結合房間裏的復古歐式裝修風格，讓我感覺花了100多塊錢體驗了一把恐怖密室，民宿房門也是年久失修，鎖非常難打開，不知道好評哪裡來的。到了晚上，完全不敢住，直接退了房新定了附近的連鎖酒店，實在是不推薦女孩子來住，感覺非常危險。

最大優勢就是位置，出地鐵口就是大門。但是真的太久舊了，還好我就是住一晚就去機場。拿了房卡晚上八點了，附近有個商場吃了東西，走了800米就到步行街，逛到11點還很多人。

酒店居住條件很差，屋裡沒有空調床很硬很涼而且和居民混居，居住的是14層電梯運送垃圾兩部電梯衹用了一部特別臟。酒店沒有大堂，衹在8樓有一個房間。

房間很寬敞，地理位置很好，樓下就有地鐵站，可以直達飛機場，周也有新開業的金輝廣場，裏面外婆家的雲南菜很好，量也足夠大份！

環境差，沒有淋浴間，就是裝個龍頭，房間裏還放個洗衣機，和圖片差距太大，感覺特差！

我預訂的是特惠房，然後前台説給我升級了大床房。房間是公寓改造的，電視機不大，房間內除了床就是櫃子，所以顯得房間特別大。然後我又加錢升級了一室一廳房，一室一廳房子是翻新的，但是設計不合理，沙發處沒有插孔充電，水壺也衹能放在電視機那裡燒水，進門旁邊的櫃子有電磁爐和簡單灶具，可以做飯，但是房間內沒有空調，房間窗户沒有紗窗，2月的昆明，很多鮮花🌸盛開，夜色很美，有一衹蚊子和我們共處一室。酒店對面是軌道警察，不遠處是昆明公安局。另外，客家公寓也在這棟樓上~
