非常不錯的酒店。位置便利，位於南亞第一城對面，周邊吃飯逛街非常便利，地鐵口也在樓下，出行遊玩也很方便。酒店雖然有一定年份，但是設施很不錯👍性價比也很高，非常值得推薦！來昆明旅行非常不錯的選擇。

第一，一星送給餐飲部人員，提前三天購買的年夜飯，大年三十告訴我沒桌子，得提前預訂？？？我購買完了還得跟你們聯繫？？？服務員告訴我可以初一在使用？？？你家初一的飯叫年夜飯？我購買的啥？然後年三十你家連結還在，不能用不知道提前告知客户嗎？我購買過的買桌子不知道告知客户嗎？年夜飯難定你不是知道嗎？你家春節期間客房提前預訂都下架了，年夜飯沒下架，這是為啥？能自圓其説嗎？我**團購購買不到房間，但能團購到年夜飯，這不就代表有嗎？沒有為什麼不下架？經溝通後，餐飲部經理表示確實沒位置，並表示責任在於我沒提前預訂，我衹知道淘寶購物，商家沒貨了要下架或者告知客户，你們一沒聯繫我告知我，二滿員後沒下架產品，讓客户誤以為還有位置，你還有什麼好説的？？第二，隔音非常差，關窗和不關窗沒有區別。第三，第一次住酒店，下水道還能堵，告訴我酒店太老導致，這和我有什麼關係呢？我花錢來同情你嗎？總之，餐飲部服務態度差，設施一般，不會再來，各位避坑。我對以上的話負責，有圖片，有通話錄音，有關窗開窗對比視頻。

酒店開業時間很長了，設施和設備略顯老舊。但是酒店前台服務一如既往的好，方便快捷，房間外部景觀非常好，窗外就是滇池。的最滿意是安全，非常安全，對訪客的管理已經到了很高的安全級別，值得表揚。

酒店位於西山區滇池路南亞風情第一城對面，預訂了滇池景觀房，17.15PM28樓酒店大堂機器自助辦理入住手續，很是方便，進到房間景觀滇池夕陽🌇落日，如片美極，南亞風情第一城晚餐，想吃啥都有。酒店自助早餐應有盡有，超讚。
