The stay was very comfortable, the 2-meter bed was big enough, the breakfast was very rich, there were so many varieties, it was dazzling, you can eat 6 eggs per egg, hot orange juice, and yogurt sold in the mall, you can drink all kinds of coffee, flower cakes, hand-picked ones Pancakes, pancakes, fruits, etc. There are also popcorn, chicken buns, etc. in the children's area. The restaurant is very big. I took photos of them all. Overall, I am very satisfied.

I thought this hotel was good value for money, considering its 5 stars and location in downtown Kunming. The room was spacious and the bathroom was well appointed, with a lovely bath(with very hot water which I often find lacking) and a shower with great water pressure. The only downsides were that I found the room itself(not the bathroom) to be a bit outdated in terms of the fixtures and fittings. Also, the gentleman who checked me in wasn’t particularly friendly. He couldn’t speak English(which is not a problem at all, although I would expect it in a five star hotel) but he didn’t say a word to me throughout the entire check in process until he gave me my key. There’s much more to communication than just language and I felt his customer service skills were a bit lacking considering his position on a reception desk.

The Hotel is located in the center of Kunming. Two metro lines just nearly. One line direct deserve the airport and the other one direct rich the south railway station. By foot one can go to the historical city center. We booked the suite 2026 which is very spacious with big windows, overview the city. The decoration is outdated. The bed is pretty old. Sometimes the AC doesn’t work well. Breakfast is very good. All the stuff are very helpful and friendly. Overall is not a real 5 stars hotel but the price is very fair for what you get.

I have heard about the reputation of Green Lake Hotel for a long time, so I brought my family here in early February 24 and finally checked in. His home has an old-school sense of sophistication inside and out (laughs). Rooms: The standard room is small and compact. The mini bar is rich in content and even has a moka pot. Their slippers are really easy to wear. So far, only the slippers from his store and Shanghai Disneyland Hotel are so comfortable. facility: The shower head in the room we stayed in was leaking. After washing, we found water leaking all over the floor, so we had to ask room service to come and clean it up. Serve: You have to take your time to find a parking space in the parking lot, there are not many parking spaces. Check-in at the front desk is fast. Desserts are provided in the evening, with sufficient ingredients and delicious taste. All in all, it was a great stay experience with my family!

I really enjoyed my stay at this stylish boutique hotel. All staff treated me kindly and professionally. I forgot my charger and the reception found me a working replacement. On the second day of taking breakfast, the waiting staff remembered that I have coffee and made it straightaway! I There were lots of little touches that I enjoyed in this hotel. The art on the walls of the lobby, the design, the fruit platter on arrival, the discount to the next door brewery bar…lots of thoughtful touches.

My wife has lived in this hotel before, the location is in the city center, the subway is very close to where to go. Because the child had a fever and was sick, the hotel also delayed the check-out, and a small cake was sent for his birthday. Because I was unwell to take care of the child in the middle of the night, I fell asleep in the corner of the hall after checking out. I was criticized for not allowing me to sleep to go to other public places. The tone was very heavy. I was very annoyed when the child was trained. Our plane was delayed due to bad weather and when we tried to check into the hotel the receptionist happened to have lost our booking. It was 3am and I had a 9am train and had to get some much needed sleep. I saw Home Inn had a room and they put in a lot of effort to make sure that we could get to our room as soon as possible. Very polite front desk staff. The rooms are in excellent condition with the shower being my favorite part of the room since all I really needed was a sleep and shower. I would definitely come back and recommend anyone who appreciates good service.

The boss is very enthusiastic. We arrived at 7 o'clock in the morning. We were worried that the boss didn't get up. The boss came to pick us up early. We were warmed up and the traffic was really convenient. It was only a few minutes away from the subway station. I forgot to take pictures. The room environment is also very good.
