Enjoyed the excellent view of Mount Yotei from our spacious 2 bedroom apartment. It's nice and cozy with heated flooring and the kids loved the bathtub! Location wise it's just a short walk to the main street, and along the way there are restaurants available for choosing. Shoutout to staff Dylan, Georgia, Andrew, Mookda and Arthur for their warm hospitality and help during our stay! Would stay again in future 🙌

The apartment is modern in style, fully equipped, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, nestled in the beautiful snow scenery of Niseko, and the mountain view of Mount Yangjiao seems to be close at hand. On the main street, there is a shuttle bus to the ski lift in the morning, which is very convenient. Returning to skiing in the evening, taking a walk on the lively streets, a wide variety of restaurants, and delicious street food. Not far from the supermarket, you can make your own breakfast, or you can be next to the warm and beautiful coffee shop.

Stayed here with a group of 5 friends, and it was lovely. New and modern rooms, all the appliances you’d need (dishwasher, washer, dryer, etc), and great location. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, there’s a small lift 2 min walk away and a run that ends there so almost a ski in/ski out. The main lift is about a 10 min walk up if you want to catch first lift. Also so helpful to have a front desk concierge in the building to help make restaurant reservations and let us into our rooms when we forgot our key. Thank you Arthur for all your help!! Total lifesaver. Only downside was that the wifi was spotty at times.

We were actually the first guests in the hotel... and we were given flowers The service is really good! It's right in front of the family cable car, so convenient. The room is also very comfortable. This time I stayed in two rooms with complete facilities. You can watch Netflix directly on the TV, and there is a private bath in the room. After skiing, soak in the snow and resurrect with full blood.

Stayed for a week with family. Half our group skied; half did not (the older ones). Not often the case a property can cater to both groups. The skiers were ferried up to wherever they wanted to start on the mountain, and picked up as well when they finished skiing. The non skiers enjoyed the under 5 minute walk to the Vale/Shiki/Ezo/Lawsons etc as well as just staying home in the very cozy flat. Right across was Shiki which has Green Farm cafe for breakfast, a great deli plus gourmet restaurants Kamimura and Kitchen. The rooms were also really quiet- couldn't hear traffic, snow clearing or teenagers dressing up in snow gear! The property had a driver and car available to bring some us to the next towns (more food adventuring and food shopping) and any further restaurants we wanted to try (walking in the cold and snow was a bit much for some members of the group). One minor issue was that while the ski room was really convenient, the actual storage capacity of the ski lockers felt really cramped given the number in our party. Minor issue though, we'll definitely be back.

We stayed at the penthouse in 4 bedroom for 3 nights. The facilities and interior of the room were good and the view from the room was great. However, I felt the low hospitality that I couldn't think of as a luxury hotel everywhere. There is no smile at all, and I don't feel the desire to stand from the customer's point of view and spend more comfortably. However, it feels like the management is imposing the original rules and doing business. It corresponds to the guest who pays nearly 300,000 per night and stays continuously in a sense like a business hotel. I felt that there was no problem with the instructions of the seniors and the management policy of the management company itself, not only the problem on the site. I'm very sorry because the facilities are good. First of all, when I arrived, there was no sign of helping me unload my luggage from the car, and I was surprised at the attitude of watching in front of me. We dropped off all the luggage by ourselves in the car 2. There is no help at check-out. Although it is the highest suite, room cleaning is minimal as in other rooms, and the tableware used is not washed at all. I stayed at the penthouse in skye niseko several times last season, but the level of service and the flexibility were considerably better than the cherry blossoms. Anyway, it was not flexible, and there was a disappointing response of 々, but I omit it. I hope that the hotel will reconsider well and be worth the price and improve it to a heartfelt service.
