comfortavle hotel with unique designs and very classy, The room and pool are clean and near in all shops you need very convenient to stay, Their breakfast is delicious with great value of price and varities of options to eat and drinks, Lobby lounge is well oraganized and quite, Haidee is a nice lady and giving us excellent service , abdelkader is good . thank you hyatt regency for the wonderful experience.

the hotel is spacious and comfortable to stay, Services and facilities are highly recommended, The restaurant is also offer great value of food including the best breakfast, Ranju and Haidee are excellent staffs and very friendly. Feels at home everytime. Hyatt hotel is our second home.

I had a wonderful birthday with my friend celebrating in hyatt lobby lounge, Their coffee and sweets are really good and tasty, We had good dinner as well in wahaj restaurant and its sumptuous dinner and the atmosphere is amazing and quite. Anita is good server and Haidee is approachable, thank you for making my birthday most memorable.

It was great experience to have coffee in this beautiful hotel, turkish coffee and their baklava are my favorite one. The hotel has lots of changes compare before, its more classy and luxurious, Haidee is giving the quick service and she make sure that we are all taking care of, Abdelkader is really nice man to us and to his staffs. Great food and service in a nice and quiet place. The cappuccino is the best I got in Kuwait so far. The space is open to the hotel and the mall next door, so you don’t need to be at the hotel to get there. Yasmine and the rest of the team are very nice and helpful. Definitely one of the places to go if you stay in the area.

The quality of food and services are highly commendable. The hotel staff (Melissa, Haidee and Yamuna) are very friendly and accomodating. Chef Gomez, Chef Sami, Chef Yahya and Gerril did a great job in preparing the food and the food presentation were highly appreciated. also, a big thanks to Michelle and bdulkader and Sagar.

We enjoyed the nights with iftar buffet in failaka, the sweets are really great and the food was excellent especially their main course. It’s really a sumptuous dinner with affordable deals, Michelle and Abdelkader is a great manager to their staffs and I thank Haidee , Ali and Sagar , Neeta, Lamis for giving us the best customer care for our dinner, thank you to the chef Gerille and chef Gomes for their assistance to the buffet when it’s needed. Overall the location of the hotel is very convenient near to the mall and it’s quiet and beautiful place to visit. Thank you
