All was very good at the hotel, especially the location on the Malecon and the wonderful rooftop bar/restaurant. What a lovely place to watch the sunset, either from inside or on a table outside. Quiet bay with picturesque boats just feet from many eating establishments.

Staff was super friendly and helpful even though their lobby was being ripped up for renovations. Great waterfront location.

Property was ok. Street noise and some construction on the property going on. Convenient location and nice restaurant on top floor. Staff was very nice but maids never made it to our room until we were back in afternoon so only exchanged towels and gave them our trash. Did not have them clean. Ate breakfast at restaurant on top, views were outstanding from the restaurant and food was good and price reasonable. The Melecon traffic was very noisy with cars blasting their music and could hear traffic all night. The light on balcony stays on all night.

Center of everything. Staff was incredible. Slept like a baby. I would definitely come back. View from restaurant is gorgeous.
