The room smelt like cat pee and I needed an ADA room, but was not given one. The iron board in the bathroom was covered in stains and the room as a whole feels really dingy. The traffic from the road is super loud and made it hard to sleep.
I’m extremely disappointed as the reviews were good.
Trying to cancel my next booking through here.
On the plus side, the lady at the front desk was super nice, but that doesn’t make up for the room quality. 😕

Well priced and a convenient location is why I initially picked the Quality Inn & Suites. Funny how today $100 a night is budget priced. The room was fine and the bed comfortable. Overall, the place has seen better days, including peeling paint in the bathroom and dusty looking windows, trash around the parking lot. Okay but not great. I would probably look around at other places should I stay in Lake Havasu again.

They are definitely re modeling this hotel, which is all good. They replaced old carpet with laminate floors. Some of the furniture is still old, but it looks like they are making a lot of improvements!

We love to stay here. It's close to everything and the staff is efficient and helpful. Centrally located to shops and the lake.

The outside was very dirty and smelled like garbage. My kids got sick from the breakfast. I would not stay here again.

I booked a downstairs room and was told at check in that they were booked up and that was the only option. lav faucet leaked real bad at the base. Noise was beyond reasonable from road noise. We left for a event, Upon our return we could smell pot in our room. Not sure where it came from. Bed not that great for comfort. This place probably rates as the worst ever.

The front desk staff folks were very pleasant, and the room was neat, and we felt safe there on the first floor. Yea!
However the torn sheer curtains at the window and the shabby thin towels were a turnoff. The bathroom floor looked clean initially, but it was actually sticky with unrinsed cleaning products. Boo!

We got there Friday night and stayed until Wednesday. We had our room serviced one time and that only happened because I physically went to the front desk to make happen. She then said they could probably do it. I asked specifically for toilet paper and they did not give us more.We had to take out our own trash, go to the front desk to get toilet paper and towels. The door to our room slammed SO loudly and got stuck because of the paint on the door frame, which fell off each time we opened and closed the door. They also do not have roll aways beds available, which is inconvenient. My husband went to went to the front desk to get an extra blanket and waited as, what he guessed was a supervisor, proceeded to reprimand another empolyee in front of him and everyone else. Which is very unprofessional. I did not expect a lot from this hotel, but they could definitely do better.
