第二次來蘭考出差，依舊選擇萬悦酒店。齊經理還親自為我們接送站，態度超級好，人很熱情，服務周到。前台的服務態度也特別好，尤其是大堂的水吧和服務角，我超級喜歡，護手霜，頭繩，漱口水，毛巾，零食什麼都有，絕！酒店給我免費升級大床房，房間真的超級大，早上還看到美麗的日出🌅，非常難忘的蘭考之旅！

一家人出遊沒想到在縣城裡竟有服務如此周到的酒店，家父早上趕火車都是大堂經理親自開車去火車站送的，十分感謝，這家酒店房間寬敞，衞生整潔，居住舒適，來蘭考住酒店首選。

房間比較大，設施齊全，衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品有檔次，非常好用，衞生乾淨，服務熱情，早餐比較豐盛，味道不錯！

房間正常，位置很好，停車場也挺大，早餐一般，沒啥吃的，可能因為過年人多，有些手忙腳亂的，去廚房看了一眼，比較混亂不太乾淨

房間大小合適，床鋪被單被罩都很乾凈，床墊軟硬也都很滿意，洗手盆、洗手間、沖涼房，衞生也很好，水龍頭花灑的壓力都很滿意，因為天氣較熱，覺得被子厚第一晚沒能睡好，與服務人員溝通，客房王主管親自送來較薄被芯態度誠懇，客房服務人員態度都很好服務到位。訂的是有接送服務的，當時酒店商務車不在，本人的往來高鐵站的滴滴出行的來回車費，前台都通過本人的微信給予了報銷，説到做到👍👍👍。餐廳的服務也很好，花樣也較多，即磨豆漿香味濃郁非常的好喝特別推薦。綜合酒店給五星好評。
但是，凡事都沒有十全十美的事物，如果要挑點小問題小毛病的話，就是酒店的一部電梯，開關門時有較大響聲應該徹底維修一下；另外，詢問前台有無微波爐時，並且告訴他們不少酒店都有時，他們的回答是“他們沒有，他們酒店不夠級別”。在這裏想多説兩句：本人前不久住洛陽藍鵲酒店大衞城店，是掛三星的酒店，前台專門有一台微波爐供住客服務，住許昌的瑞貝卡酒店，衹要給前台一個電話，就會有服務人員上門幫忙微波客人的食品，這點是值得貴酒店學習的。該酒店我們很滿意，如果再添加點上述服務，還有就是前台與大是，能再有點温度，在本人眼裡，也就非常完美了。個人意見，僅供參考。
