Boutique Hotel H10 White Suites - Adults Only

Quite a lot of older folk staying at the hotel during my stay, however this did not bother me in the slightest. Clean room, friendly staff, and lovely breakfast. Great location- five minute walk (if even) to Playa Dolarada and shop across the road. Thank you.

Stayed for one week on B&B terms at this 4* hotel. Great location - 15 mins walk to Playa Blanca town along coastal promenade, or Rubicon Marina in opposite direction. Plenty of restaurants in both. Well stocked supermarket just across the road - very handy. Adults only. Comfortable ground floor 'suite' comprising large bedroom with superking size bed (a bit firm). Excellent bathroom with toiletries supplied. Lounge with wardrobes, fridge, Nespresso machine (some capsule included) but no kettle - available from reception. Leads through patio doors to terrace facing the pool area with 2 chairs, table and sun lounger. Shady but great for relaxation. Pool access is important as we could step out of the room directly whereas the main room entry was less accessible at the rear of the block. First floor rooms enjoy more sunshine but not directly accessible. There are 2 pools - one allegedly heated (but both very cold on our visit). Pool area is well maintained and pool loungers are supremely comfortable but have plastic covers which get very hot in the sunshine - added to which you are only given one beach towel each which is of insufficient size - so bring extra towels! We think the hotel should consider making towels available on demand. This being an all-inclusive resort if selected, there is a single restaurant with buffet style service. We didn't have lunch or dinner there (better opportunities elsewhere). Breakfast was OK and a decent continental selection, but busy with hot food presented under heated lamps - temperature was lukewarm. There is a fresh eggs station - but limited offering. Service was good throughout. Room was maintained spotlessly; reception team helpful. Bar service more spotty and occasionally busy. Musical entertainment around the pool most days, of mixed quality but (apart from DJ on one day) pleasant enough and not too intrusive So come here for great location, decent rooms, good service, comfortable loungers and adults only. We thought excellent value and would return. Happy to recommend

A great location and very friendly, helpful staff. We had suites near the pool which nice and functional and in good condition. The food - as others have said - was often lukewarm but again, the restaurant staff and the chefs cooking to order were helpful and friendly. It’s a small hotel so entertainment and bar areas don’t have a huge amount of space. We had a couple of treatments at the spa which were good and reasonably priced. The beach is a 3 minute walk, centre of town 10 minutes and the rubicon marina 20. I had an accident in my room which frustratingly took 5 emails and a phone call to the hotel after I’d returned home for them to follow up on - though while I was still there they were helpful. Without this I would have given it another star.

I’ve just spent a week here and felt compelled to write as I have never in all my travels come across such a universally pleasant staff group, nothing was too much trouble and the staff genuinely seemed to enjoy helping. The food was great lots of options the whole place is spotless and very close to the beach and bars in town, but not close enough for any noise. I will definitely be returning.

We are here at the moment I love this hotel but slowly falling out with it . The food has really gone down hill I'm easily pleased normally but find it very bland and tastless if you can find something you like the dishes are always empty always waiting to be replaced dropped food on the counters ect I could go on . Dress code dropped I used to feel like it was a special place to visit not anymore I also like to eat with a table cloth web pictures still show this I think it will be last time here sorry to say

We upgraded to a pool view room. It was a mistake. The sofa in the suite had 3 burst cushions! It took them 2 days to rectify this. Gave us a bottle of cheap Cava and 8 chocolates as compensation. The food was poor unless you liked fish, which we don’t. One day I had to tell the “chef” their hot plate was cold, obviously forgot to turn it on. Macaroons with duck/fish in them! YUK!!! Breakfast was a joke, every time you went for cereal, they had run out. I could go on about the quality of the food, but I would be here all day. Entertainment was dire . Not for us.

The hotel is really pretty, lovely white buildings, four rooms in a block. Ours backed onto an enormous volcanic looking car park and I initially thought, okay, but it was great - so private and the sun came round mid day which was ideal after returning from days out. The row in front didn't get any sun in the afternoon, that I could see. The food is excellent but they are very slow at refilling the dishes and they definitely need bigger bowls for the cereals as, according to my husband, they were always empty. It was extremely busy while we were there but the staff are so friendly, always smiling, and we never had to wait long while they found us a table. I've never known guests to have breakfast so early before! Maybe it was the age as most were probably mid seventies upwards. All inclusive drinks were really nice, the wine came out of a bottle - always good!! Location is brilliant. Short walk down to the beach, also short walk into the town and to the ferry. Plenty of free parking outside on the road or on the car park behind. We really enjoyed our eight days here. The only negative was the entertainment. Great acts but they perform on a small stage in the bar which is very small. Only about five tables inside. Sitting outside you do feel slightly out of it, even though the double doors are open. Also, the first night we listened to the entertainment, we absolutely froze, so much so that we didn't bother again until the last evening. That evening was slightly warmer and we wore lots of clothes but there wasn't really enough room. Luckily another table let us sit with them. I don't know where else they could do it though, to be fair.

This is my 2nd visit to the White Suites and I was excited to return. First thing to say is that the staff are all lovely and you get a great reception when you arrive. The entertainment is fab, the all inclusive package includes premium drinks, the sunbeds are the most comfy I've ever known and the breakfasts are lovely. I recommend the pool bar for lunch, we were pleased to have the option to eat there rather than the main restaurant. The negatives.... We had asked for a room with a sofa bed (to be made up), but this request wasn't met and the sofa was just a sofa not a sofa bed so we couldn't get it made up (not a deal breaker). The bathroom was more like a wet room and the floor became dangerously slippery once wet. We had to put towels on the floor and once actually fell. The buffet lunch and dinner were mediocre at best. Repetitive and pretty bland. We ate out nearly every night (often going for a browse in the restaurant beforehand but not seeing anything worth staying there for). It really lets the hotel down. Overall this is a smart clean hotel and we loved the entertainment, but the food is really quite poor.
