Not far from the courthouse, 1 station from the train station and 3 stations from the beach, very quiet area.
👍🏻 modernity and efficiency, digital card for the rooms, elevator, fast Wi-Fi, large flat TV for the room, discreet wardrobe, USB port multimedia ball that allows you to charge all devices.
👍🏿 Very clean bedding with a mattress topper and very hard / cozy.
👍🏽 There is a restaurant, which helps.
👎The shower flow was very low, and the room area can be small for 2 people so messy.
For a short stay, it's excellent value for money with a friendly welcome. You can take advantage of the luggage storage if necessary.

No kettle in my room, plus the most uncomfortable double bed I have slept in - the two mattresses pushed together kept parting leaving me in a trench down the middle!

Pros: good location, clean room, underground parking, nice and fun interior design.
Cons: tiny room with very small and not too comfortable beds. Tiny "wardrobe" space if you can call it that.
Fine if you are staying for a night or two, but not really suitable for long stay due to room size.
Breakfast was ok, but could've been better.

Very clean hotel with a very warm welcome.
2 small downsides:
1) toilet paper is extremely rough and unpleasant. it is completely different from the other Ibis I have stayed in.
2) the double bed was 2 single mattresses placed next to each other. Unfortunately they moved apart regularly during the night, which is unpleasant for a night as a couple. The next day the lady at reception advised us to request a "real" double bed during our next reservation, which I would not fail to do.
