In May this year I made a booking for the next year, for a long weekend. After a month, I received an email 'confirmation of cancellation' as if I requested the cancellation. When I enquired about it, I received a dry answer saying 'the hotel is fully booked, thank you for your understanding!'. But if it was fully booked for the time, how come a room still appears as available, for the exact same period, but at the exorbitant price of 14k?!? I conclude that either they do not have the room, so they are lying about availability, or they do, and they lied when they cancelled my booking. Either way, I would not advise trusting this hotel! you might end up planning a trip and having no where to stay!
