We staied one night on august; hotel in good position not far from town center and useful public parking in front of the hotel. Unfortunatly after having payed at checkin, when back at home we found an unexpected charge on our credit card. Contacted by phone and mail but still waiting for explanations and refund after one week.

This hotel was booked for us by an agency. We stayed two nights. The rooms are worn and had stains on walls. Lights in the bathroom are on some kind of motion detector, but they turned off and on all night all by themselves. The desk staff said they would be repaired, but they never were. It was very difficult to sleep. We would not return.

Hotel on walking distance from the center. Needs some refreshing and rooms are very warm and noisy. Staff is friendly (that is, with one exception) and they serve a good breakfast and provide a good lunch to take with you if you are hiking. Dinner in the evening was ok.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the short walk to the pedestrian zone. The bed was very comfortable and the staff of the hotel very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, due to pandemic restrictions, the hotel bar was not in service.

Wishing to spend a weekend in Le Puy (2 hours from home) for my wife's birthday, I reserved 2 rooms for 3 people on 10/10 through Booking in this establishment for the night from 11/11 to 12/11. My reservation was confirmed immediately and I did not receive any further emails until 08/11, when I was asked to pay the price of the rooms online. I then received a new confirmation email. On 11/11 (the same day), I received an email from Booking informing me of a price error, the cancellation of my reservation and a new proposal 5 times more expensive!!! Very unhappy, I immediately went to the hotel where a very unpleasant, very bad manners receptionist, constantly sneering, kept telling me that it was Booking's fault and that my reservation had been canceled since the 10th. /10!!! At my incessant request, he called his director after several minutes and he never offered me any commercial gesture for these inconveniences.
