So noisy and so bad attitude from staff. They are more worried about “security” than real service. Terrible.

The hotel was dirty and old. It had a terrible strong smell of sewage everywhere. The condition of the hotel is terrible. I couldn’t imagined sleeping in those beds or even taking a shower in the filthy shower.
Therefore, we looked for another place to stay. As soon as we found another place, we checked out that same day that we arrived to Hampton.
Hampton didn’t refund our money. Hampton told me that they wouldn’t refund my money that ******* had to do it. However, ******* clearly explained that the money was in Hampton’s account already.
Please look for a different hotel. We were able to stayed in the newest hotel in Leon by paying approximately the same amount as in Hampton.

Very clean and comfortable room, the area around the hotel is safe very close to the leather and shoe shops. The complimentary breakfast is very good, and James the at the front desk is very helpful and nice.

Four of us stayed in a room, but were only allowed two towels. We requested two additional towels and they told us they couldn’t give us any additional towels because they were short in towels. We requested to have a pillow exchanged because it looked yellow and they said the same thing, it was all they had because they were short with pillows.

Clean hotel. Good breakfast selection. Gym has plenty of equipment to get a good workout. Very accommodating. They let us keep our bags at the reception desk after we checked out.

We stayed here twice in a week and both times above and beyond service ! The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and made our stay 5 stars from front desk to everyone involved extremely fantastic bravo 👏 to the team .
