Very large condo, very friendly service, golf was excellent. The community was welcoming. The city was clean and easy to get around by car.

This is a nice resort and we enjoyed our stay except for two things. The beds were very uncomfortable and we were charged a resort fee even though the pool and hot tub were closed. I would suggest no resort fee or at least reduced during winter months.

We were here off season (mid-November) so unfortunately couldn't play golf - but walked around the course and it looked amazing; would like to come back to play it. The unit (397A) was an upper **R, 2 bath and we found it was very nice, clean, good amount of space with good furnishings and comfortable beds. Very convenient to get around Lethbridge or visit surrounding area. The one downside, as others have mentioned, is the $25/day amenities fee that you pay all year round - even though in the winter there are no amenities. Golf, restaurant, pool, tennis/pickleball courts all closed - although the RCI "extra vacation" fee was very low so I guess that makes up for it.

A wonderful retreat A peaceful place to stay. Great to see so many feet in the area. The coolers are magnificent in the snow. Comfortable beds. Living room furniture is very broken especially the couch.

Place is well maintained, friendly and accommodating staff. Good location to several attractions. Quiet neighborhood. Great amenities ,although we came at the start of Fall, we enjoyed their tennis court. Although kitchen appliances are older, but they work just fine. Serves the purpose to make a friendly family vacation experience.

Mike is awesome, and the resort is nice and roomie! We took my in-laws and they just love the resort. From where we are, it is a great little get away that is within an easy driving distance. The golf course looks really nice and the scenery is breathtaking!

The customer service provided by Mike Smart was excellent. We were not pleased with user fees and cleaning fees, particularly since these should be covered by yearly maintenance fees, and since the amenity we were most looking forward to, the hot tub, was not available. The view of a dirt hill with dry grass was less than spectacular. Having to wash improperly cleaned dishes, cutlery and pans before using was not pleasing.

Quiet location in a neighborhood, not on a golf course. Unit was very dated. Staff was extremely helpful and prompt to anything that needed attention. Beds were comfortable. No view at all. Close to seeing many sites of interest. Eating at the Water Tower restaurant was exceptional!

We arrived late after the office was closed but the welcome package was where we were told it would be. The directions to the condo were very clear and easy to follow. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great time and we will return in the future
