酒店就在景區山腳下，空氣很好。
房間蠻大，裝修風格還蠻好看，但是做工就有點毛糙。親子房裡有不少照顧小童需求的設施，小拖鞋、小牙刷、增高凳、馬桶圈。但沒有書桌和椅子。不過和前台説了需要椅子後，很快就送來一張。
衞生方面中規中矩吧，主要是房間內的地毯顏色顯臟。
早餐蔬菜品類比較多，肉類一般，水果糕點偏少。

定的叢林家庭房，首先表揚前台，日期選錯了，在美女指導下進行了調整，房間很有特色，周邊景色不錯，表演時間前台就有表放在那裡，晚上還送了水果，奇幻樂園就在隔壁，漁灣在馬路對面。總體是一次很滿意的出行。

這到底是什麼神仙地方，鬧中取靜…對於現在的社會深入山林還有孩子喜歡的叢林探險主題住房，白天玩晚上接着玩，什麼電子產品通通黯然失色…所有家長的願望啊
設施：很新，室內也是小度控制，還在繼續上新。
衞生：很乾凈
環境：院內沒得説
服務：小姐姐好可人啊，喜歡。

房間很大很寬敞，衞生間也足夠大，真的強烈推薦帶孩子的來這個酒店，太細節了，孩子的小馬桶墊，洗臉凳，一次性的小拖鞋，小童牙刷牙膏，總之…作為媽媽很滿意了👍

魚灣景區對面，很適合自駕，硬件沒的説，很特別的主題酒店，孩子很喜歡，説幾點細節，望店家能改正，衞生還需要仔細點，椅子上還有碎屑，房間盡然有道坎，帶娃的還是小心，大門盡然沒有貓眼，尷尬，智能馬桶不能用，早餐淡季有點敷衍，不過可以理解，不過現在這個酒店性價比還可以！

定了2天洞穴房，帶2娃出行。衞生環境都還可以，室內沒有桌子，衹有一個椅子，進去沒辦法衹能坐在床上，打前台電話想着問下可否提供臨時的座椅，最起碼有地方可以放點吃的喝的，前台直接抱歉沒有桌子沒有椅子可提供！圖片的這個房頂蓋子是可以打開的，邊角也都有縫隙，很難説上面會不會有什麼東西！孩子對這個房間不太滿意，在攜程看到當天還有滑梯房可定，立馬跟酒店溝通想調換成滑梯房，下一分鐘滑梯房下架！我接着打電話問情況，前台説巧了讓人預訂下架了！不能調換房間！因為孩子實在不喜歡也怕房頂兩處窟窿會藏東西我們決定退掉房間另選酒店，用過攜程客服協商開始酒店要求扣掉80%房費！我們開房間不到2小時，什麼東西都沒動……後經攜程客服多方交涉最後要求扣20%房費而告終！服務態度也很差，處理問題的速度也相當慢！在此事件中十分感謝攜程客服的不懈努力！

房間很大，有滑梯，孩子最愛，比較安靜，比較智能，還有空氣凈化器，在景區裏很方便，特別是春節沒有那麼多人，能夠從容淡定的玩。

孩子非常喜歡滑梯房，一直在玩都不出去，外面也有很多小童遊樂設備，很衞生，床品也很舒適，早飯也很適合孩子吃，自助的，停車場免費，總體來説非常棒。
