Overall it’s a good hotel. Nice stay, nice location, and great breakfast and service.
One negative point is — The hotel has central heating system and we were unable to change the room temperature on our first night which made the room a bit uncomfortable. Next day they fixed the problem. They gave us some small gifts as compensation 😄

由於堵車到酒店時間非常晚，酒店環境非常好，房間也非常大，
設施：設施一般，大花灑不好使，建議改善
衞生：非常乾淨
環境：景色十分怡人

酒店很好，早餐不錯，很豐富，就是位置有點偏，在海邊，很安靜…去景點較遠，打車、公交車都可。

酒店靠近海邊，旁邊不遠有一個沙灘，可以挖沙撿貝殼，小朋友玩得很開心。服務人員非常熱情，前台周金金貼心地給小朋友送了一套挖沙的套裝，行李也是全程送至房間。一開始擔心就餐不便，實際上酒店的餐廳很不錯，早餐很豐盛，晚餐自助也是性價比很高，菜品新鮮口味不錯，西餐主管何春苗給小朋友送了一個貝殼螺號，小朋友非常喜歡。非常滿意的一次入住

酒店離連島景區和海上雲台山都不遠，晚上九點到達酒店，一進大廳就被震撼到了，恢弘大氣，給安排了五樓的海景房，大晚上的看不到海景，第二天早上看到了日出，窗外景色很好，還出去溜達了一圈，後院很大，離海很近。酒店房間寬敞，佈局合理，最喜歡衞生間的設計，推拉門打開就是開放式的，拉上就是封閉式的，值得推薦，

客房服務的兩個阿姨特別好
送水送紙都很及時
打擾也很乾凈
早餐比較差勁
灰色餐墊竟然不是一客一換的
5.2早上總餐的時候看到服務員門就用一塊抹布
將灰色墊子擦一擦然後就走了
立馬讓服務員把灰色墊子撤走
一開始還不肯撤
説規定就是要擺的
那我問 自己家裡的桌子會這樣嗎？
別人吃過的餐墊給下一個人繼續用？？
終於5.4今天早上再去吃的時候
所有的餐墊都不見了
但是擦桌子還是非常臟
一塊抹布擦所有
還在桌上放廁紙
衹是把食物擦掉而已
食品衞生堪憂。。

枕頭有點臟，還好自己帶了一次性床上用品。冰箱是壞的，白瞎了我一盒青芒。淋浴房比較臟。整體環境還不錯，前台小姐姐還是挺好的。
