房間乾淨衞生，因為是過年期間， 他家算是價錢優惠的了，但是熱水出的很慢，不過房東也提醒了的，熱水要多放一下，等到我玩了手機去沖澡，感覺洗的是冷水澡因為我感覺真的放了很久了，其他的還是蠻好的，環境也很棒

1、昨天到的很晚，8點多訂的房，到了快12點了，阿姨一直等我，很暖心；
2、院子很好看，有很多很多多肉，適合拍照
3、地址在黑龍潭這邊，不太適合想要逛古城的你們；
4、房間沒有空調，衞生間的暖風不能用，電熱毯燒到快早上了，終於感覺到温度；
5、但是後來發生的事情就不愉快了，早上起來沒熱水，昨天到的晚沒洗澡，老闆有我微信，沒有提前告知，我想起來洗澡説熱水在修，我想知道修到什麼時候，結果來了一個所謂服務員直接打開窗子看着我聊天，説要修到1點多，讓我多住兩天，我躺床上直視她陌生的雙眼，心裏衹想説，我要馬上離開，預感到我不高興，過會兒阿姨送來水果，見圖三。我説不吃了我要走了。等我退完房，過了一會兒、老闆給我發消息説有熱水，我就呵呵了，誠意不是這麼體現的，雖然大家都不容易；
6、圖一是窗外風景，確實沒得説，圖二是窗簾，已經關不上了，圖三圖四圖五是我退房後的樣子，水果我就不吃了，好與壞我也不想評判，衹想説心情很不好

酒店衞生非常乾淨，設施齊全，住起來舒服。庭院有個書吧孩子很喜歡。打開窗户，可見梅里雪山。很休閑的住處，寧靜從容。

棲雪苑位於清溪公園旁邊，步行穿過著名的黑龍潭公園20分鐘就能進入麗江古城，同時距離束河古鎮也衹有四公里多。
車子能直接開到門口的停車場，對自駕遊的我來説真的是非常方便。
訂了個雪山大床房，通過窗户就能看到玉龍雪山，地理位置非常棒。
院子環境非常優美，在鬱鬱葱葱的綠植點綴下，透過陽光房，陽光灑滿院子，喝上一杯咖啡，美好的一天又過去了。
老闆和老闆娘人都非常好，祝老闆生意興隆，希望明年還能有機會再來麗江，我們還會選擇棲雪苑客棧
