She answered me that only position B could check in. So I went to position B to queue up. At this time, a guest came down from upstairs to extend his stay. He directly stuffed the room card to the lady at position C and did not queue up. While I was wondering, two guests at position A were lying on the front desk, and then they went in directly after the guests at position B finished checking in. I didn't understand it at all, and asked the lady at position C, you let me queue here. Why did people cut in line to check in one after another? Her answer was that you should stand in A instead of B. I can't understand it at all. It was you who told me that only B could check in. I didn't queue up behind, and I had to queue sideways? And I was the only one queuing at that time, and you didn't handle anything. Didn't you see me queuing here? ? ? There was a situation where guests kept cutting in line, but the front desk not only showed no apology, but blamed the guests in line??? I can't understand and accept this kind of trea**ent. I will blacklist this hotel and will never go there again. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

When I opened the door, I found something else on the bathrobe. Big hotels really shouldn't be like this.
