房間裏面的衞生我是真心有點不滿意，毛巾上都是血跡斑斑點點的！真噁心！！！賣這麼貴的價格這樣的衞生讓人堪憂有長者小孩的不要住了，服務方面尤其的差。刷出來的好評永遠是刷出來的！誰住誰知道，前台服務員素質太差，説話很牛尤其有個高個子黑胖的中年婦女！一家老小到酒店真是沒吃沒喝！垃圾的一塌糊塗，中午説在三樓點菜吃個飯，菜都點完了過了半個小時沒上一個菜，服務員走過來告知廚子沒時間做飯，讓我們走人！*****，這種垃圾酒店*****的地方誰住誰造孽…丟臨汾這座城市的人了你們這家店

到臨汾出差，當地人説是最好的，帶着期盼去入住，寬敞美麗的街道，酒店富麗堂皇，進入大廳，門口有服務人員幫忙拉行李箱子，到前台的小姐姐們熱情問候，核對訊息登記，高效率、熱情辦理，介紹了用餐地點時間 菜品，非常棒。酒店衞生好，特推薦入住天鵝大酒店，臨汾的一張名片。

點的可吸煙房，沒有煙灰缸，窗邊沒個插座，手機充電都得把別的地方插座拔了才可以充，洗完澡穿的浴衣皺皺巴巴硬硬的，對這個地方很不滿意
