The staff at the hotel were friendly, the location was great, and cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic. Shuttle service is very convenient also.

酒店設施很新，距離機場5、6分鐘，非常方便，機場巴士半小時一趟，可以提前在前台登記，車子可能會提前開。前台服務非常好，原本6:20的車子10分剛剛開走，服務員馬上幫忙叫車子回來載我們，非常感謝。

I come into the DC area for work and flying into a more is the cheapest option. The LaQuinta is my preference. It’s extremely affordable, quiet and the staff is super friendly! The bus drivers are the best! They service you in the entire vicinity of the hotel. It’s not the most updated, nor the fanciest hotel but as a woman I feel safe and secure every time. I’m telling you, it’s better than the holiday inn down the street. I can actually sleep and it’s quiet.

The driver who dropped me off in the amtrak train station early morning was very rude. After he left me in the train station, everyone left when a train came before my scheduled train. There was a guy who was roaming nearby in pickup truck, and he was asking me weird questions. I was scared and I called the driver in the hotel to pick me up again, he was telling me that it is ridiculous, and he would pick me up after 20-30 mins even though I told him that I was alone and there is a guy who doesn't feel okay. By that time the driver arrived, there were people but I could be in danger. The driver was very rude and being sarcastic. It is his job and I was not feeling safe when I called him

Our room key rarely worked, but that didn’t matter, because if the dead bolt wasn’t on, you could just push the door open. The breakfast was terrible, the eggs were literally green and odd colored. Housekeeping was running the vacuum right outside our room door at 8:00am.
I’ve stayed at a lot of these hotels, and this was by far the worst one. Usually don’t have a problem.

Got in during the snowstorm when it was busy. The staff helped everyone fast and effeciently. They helped me choose the right shuttle time to the Baltimore Airport.
The Airport shuttle driver was excellent and even with the storm still going on made the trip feel safe.

Water not going out of tub in bathroom upon checkin. Had to relocate. Tub not clean in other bathroom.

I really like the shuttle service to and from the airport. The staff were amazing customer oriented and very curious.
