Terrible. Bathroom is Dirty. No hot water, didn’t tell us till after check in. Washer and dryer broken, also not disclosed beforehand. No compensation for wasted money or time. Staff is friendly enough.

We had stayed here in past years and although a cheaper hotel, it was clean and kept up. But, the hotel is now quite rundown (broken window that was “taped”, plastic bag stuffed around heater, noisy bathroom toilet, unclean/wet floor in hotel entryway, etc). The entire hotel just looked tired and worn. We won’t be back!

I echo the reviewer who said "other public spaces very dirty and desperately in need of cleaning." The lovely pics on the website were not so in reality due to everything torn up from renovations. We were eager for bfast but didn't eat because the bfast room was dark and just had bare cement and a jumble of piled up table. The bfast serving equipment was smeared and filthy. The food was breads and cereals and some fruit that looked like it had been there for weeks. We did not use the indoor pool due to dim lighting and uninviting, lonely-looking appearance. Our room was average. Altogether, the place was definitely not worth $283!!!

I wouldn’t really trust the recent reviews. This place has lots of potential but it has some way to go. It has changed owners and name - now Yellowstone Park Inn. The rooms are large but a little Spartan - lots of empty space where more furniture might go. A coffee machine but no coffee that fits it and an air conditioning unit that is very efficient but very noisy. Bathroom is dated and needs redecorating but room was clean and comfortable overall. Reception is fine and staff very friendly - other public spaces very dirty and desperately in need of cleaning which put us off going in the pool despite it being an attractive feature. Breakfast is odd - an empty room with a limited food selection. Hot breakfast means some pre-cooked cheese omelettes and fried potatoes. This place could be really good - a resort where people stay for a week or more - but it just needs that extra effort and probably more staff to get there

My husband & I booked this last-minute to visit Yellowstone & it’s the ONLY hotel we’ll stay at from now on! GREAT all-day snack bar, delicious breakfast, clean & cozy rooms, wonderful pool with lots of pool toys included, and the literal best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a hotel! We absolutely LOVED every minute we spent here and are planning a trip back to the area in large part because we want to stay here again! Awesome hotel whether you’re by yourself, a couple, or a family with kids! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Oh boy. First of all, the way this place is presented online isn't remotely indicative of its current state. Not even close. Imagine it as if that version of it was abandoned for 20 years then hastily reopened. There was an overflowing trash can full of diapers and pizza boxes spilling into the entryway...lobby is in disarray with over turned broken furniture and dust covered holiday decorations in late May. Pool was very sketchy and clearly unserviced. "Hot buffet breakfast" was 2 loaves of bread, cereal and hard bagels. Tried to use the juice machine but it was aggressively leaking water everywhere and into puddles on the floor. I saw no employee after having to summon one via the cellphone number on the front desk (there was an unfriendly sign with a cellphone number anyplace where you would expect a human employee to be). I felt uncomfortable enough to put a chair against my room door as the place looked deserted and the lock was in its last legs. Random dude drinking beer and talking to himself alone at the end of the hallway didn't help. Just weird, off putting vibes all around. Room utterly filthy and circa the mid 80s in terms of decor and amenities. Window overlooked the used tire lot next door's trash and dumpsters.bathrrk. covered in hair, dirt and mold. Immediately no. Yikes.

Plastic up in front entrance super sketchy people in the parking garage we had to walk through to get to front desk, did not feel safe there. Smelled like mold and mildew when we walked in and there was no pool. So I asked the women at front desk if we could cancel she said no problem...a month later I get a charge for $80 on my card they said I no showed. A guy who said he was the owner wouldnt even listen to my complaints hung up on me. He was so nasty and rude...guess he just gets my money cus there is nothing I can do but let the world know not to stay here....so please for your sake do not stay here pay the extra $20 and stay across the street at econo lodge they were amazing

run don't walk, the pictures on- line are not accurate. This place is very dirty and un-kept. We were told at check in that the TV's did not work but they have bigger problems. The parking garage looked like a chop shop with broken down vehicles and junk inside. The pool area is un- kept and dirty ( was told to swim at your own risk as pool is not up to code on cleaning) . one of the beds did not have a fitted sheet on it. we pulled out the nightstand to get to a plug in and there was a lot of trash underneath. The shower was gross and you can hear everything. Will not stay again.

I try not to judge a book by its cover, that being said; in this case it’s true. 👉First, location is great! It’s reasonably quiet considering your on Main St. However, outside signage needs to be updated or at least a little nicer. Parking is good, close to doors, they do have a garage if you prefer your vehicle in there. (Nice feature) 👉Secondly, entrance needs better/ more welcoming lighting. Lobby is beautiful with the interior log cabin effect. 👉Thirdly, front desk staff could have been a lot more welcoming and cheerful. She should have heard or seen us come in and be prepared to smile and provide customer service. ( I know some people hate their jobs, change your line of work or change your attitude.) 👉Fourth, check-in was very simple, (too simple) the clerk should have gone over “house rules” as well as any additional information i.e… when continental breakfast is, pool hours, etc… she did not, nor did she ask if this was our first time here and suggest shopping or sight seeing. The section where they have the breakfast at has tangerines and apples, (both were eatable but old and not very appealing to the eyes) 👉 Elevator is really small and very outdated. The halls and the rooms have a pungent “smoking” smell. Pets are allowed, for me that’s a good thing, as I travel with 2 service dogs. 👉We did use the pool, a little outdated but was ok, and had a nice layout to the pool area as well as a dry bar in the corner. No hot tub, however, the pool was sufficiently warm and pleasant. Pool area flooring definitely needs to be redone and could maybe have a stereo system built in for those who like to swim to music. We had a Single Queen room with a mini fridge, microwave and a very uncomfortable daybed type couch. Bed and room were presentable, but needed a little touch of class. My dad was a home inspector so I look for those tiny details… for example, the outlet that our so called “heater” was plugged into was missing the face plate and left the socket and box exposed to “tiny fingers” and its a straight up code violation. 👉Onto, the room itself, aside from being outdated, and that horrible stench I mentioned earlier, mirror on the bathroom door was dirty, the luggage rack/open closet area was not neat or orderly looking, I found a very flattened box elder bug up against the tub wall behind the door. The hygiene basket by the sink was not presentable or neat looking. We were provided coffee cups and coffee pouches but no coffee maker (LOL) The door to the room needs new gasket your room is lit up from the hall lights coming in on all sides of the door. At this current time, the hotel did not have any working TV’s, as the new owners are trying to switch everything over. I didn’t mind not having a TV but some people would I guess. The bed itself was HORRIBLE! I hardly slept all night and when I did it was on the floor. The bed sags and it’s not level so your upper body feels like it’s in a pit and you need a tow rope off t
