The bed was comfortable and the room nice. Smelled like ********* in lobby and halls. Breakfast was extremely minimal

My experience was nice I liked the room an how much space it had an a desk an stuff good lighting for writing the hospitality was very poor they were rude.

This hotel was a last minute decision. It was clean so that was a plus. Don’t be mistaken this hotel is old and it looks it. Every door in our hallway had dents and scratches. Also looked like every door had been pryed open by a crowbar, then I realized it was just the aftermath of the open door locks banging against the door. We didn’t receive the extra bedding we needed for the sofa bed, because according to the receptionist, there was no clean bedding available. So our son had to sleep on the couch like it was. Luckily there was an extra blanket in the room and he always travels with his own blanket and pillow so we used the hotel blanket to spread as a makeshift sheet over the sofa cushions.
The beds were comfortable and the smell of the room just smelled, well, old. But it was clean and gave us a good night sleep. Don’t think we’ll ever be back though. This hotel needs an overhaul very badly.

Night clerk was not very communicative, and put us in a room with 2 bed instead of the king room we reserved. Break was weak but coffe was good. Morning crew was good that is why 3 stars on service.

Room was dirty, one towel. Safety latch on door had been broken off, looked like it had been kicked in. An inch of dirt around all areas, floor, counter, etc. Bed was very hard and pillows were lumpy. Bright notes, check in was very friendly and efficient and breakfast counter looked neat. Didnt stay, was glad to get out.

Hotel impossible to find in the dark. Signage absent on sides and front of building and none at entrance. Parking entrance with shared truck entrance was not paved! To get food next door you had to walk across vacant lot in the dark.
Once inside, it was filthy. The tub had a large hole in the side of it with tape over it for mending? I requested another towel and it took 3 tries before he finally brought out one without at least 3 holes!!! Every thing in the room was soiled or very dirty! The bed was made by a 3 year old! Nothing tucked in and the dust ruffle shoved up under the mattress in several places. No soaps or shampoo! I could go on and on, but suffice it to say, we will NEVER stay at another Days Inn without a complete inspection first. We booked online, which we often do, but have never been so disappointed or surprised that the health department hasn’t shut that place down.

The room was deplorable. There was a soft spot in the tub, the tiles were broken and coming off in places, the walls were covered with marks/scuffs or punctured.
The TV was blurry and it was hard to get a clear signal from the channels. The hotel offers a pool, but it was closed. The morning breakfast was nice and the bed linen was clean. The lock on my door was broken and it was difficult to shut my door without slamming it. I think other people had the same issues because it was very noisy in the morning when guests were leaving. It was also a lot of noise coming from the second floor. it might’ve been better to have a room up there instead of the first.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I am embarrassed for the lady at the front desk for even renting this room to me.
