Location is great. North of Chinatown and only 20 mins walk from the Union Station. Or you can take the Dash B bus that will drop you off near the hotel. A lot of good Chinese restaurants around it.

The facilities are old and the air conditioner is very noisy. Sanitation is fairly clean. Breakfast in the surrounding area is inconvenient. Bakeries open very late, most of them open at 9 o'clock. Lunch and dinner are more convenient, and there are many Chinese restaurants nearby. Sugar is added to stir-fried meat and vegetables, which is very sweet and not tasty. Most dishes are salty. Nice budget hotel. Very clean room, but the smell of bleach was slightly overwhelming. Comfortable beds. We felt secure knowing there was a security guard and a passcode required to enter at night.
Customer service was okay — young staff at front desk could be a little more upbeat and actually greet you.
