The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are clean and tidy. With a 49 euro monthly ticket, it is convenient to take public transportation to travel around. The hotel's breakfast is a typical German buffet, very good, and the croissants are well made. It is a hotel worth recommending.

I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again! This is a new hotel - the staff was very welcoming and friendly, check-in was easy. The room was very clean (no carpet other than a small one in front of the bed) with a perfect shower! The room has a small fridge and an electric water kettle.
The hotel is right between the train station and the bus terminal and a ~ 20 minute walk away from the old city. It is ideal when using public transportation. There is a public parking garage across from the hotel ($ 12 per day, no in-and-out privileges) however, paying with my credit card did not work and the machine does not take cash. There is a large open parking lot within a 5-10 minutes walk ($ 5 per day).
There are several options to get some food / snacks: The hotel offers breakfast, some dinner options, and a bar. The mini market in the train station is open until 10 pm and there are a few other options to get food.

The hotel absolutely convinced me. Modern, clean, very well soundproofed (no outside noise, even though it is located right next to the train station) and friendly, effective Hanseatic service: from the reception to the restaurant staff to the hotel manager!

The friendliness of the staff and service were excellent! Room was great and housekeeping was absolutely perfect! The breakfast had a large selection including all drinks, no wish remained unfulfilled for me. The responsible staff were very attentive and helpful!

The staff were very helpful. Both reception and the staff at the breakfast buffet. The hotel is brand new, you can feel it not only in the building but also e.g. Beds and bathroom.
Everything about the breakfast buffet was well thought out so that there was the least possible waste of plastic etc
Super location right next to the railway station and bus station, and for us with a car right next to an easily accessible parking garage. The room was so soundproof that we heard absolutely none of the traffic outside! Impressive! It was a 10-minute walk to the Christmas market, where you pass das Tor on the way.
We will also choose this hotel next year for Christmas.
