Most Wahiyaad HOTEL I'VE VISITED TILL DATE. ***AGER - RAKESH KUMAR (GM) THE most irritating and badtameez ***ager to deal with. In 2 days I didn't found him anytime near the halls or rooms. But when we talked about the problems. He came from no where And NEVER ACCEPTED HIS MISTAKE. TALKED COMPLETE NONSENSE WHEN ASKED FOR NAAN HE SAID 'BREAD PADI HUI HAI'. We were not there to eat pada food. 2ND HE SAID KITNE NAAN KHAYENGE 1,2 on my face in harsh tone. And directed his chef and said naan lagao iske liye. ROOMS AC COOLING IS HORRIBLE ROOM IS LIKE GAS CHAMBER. AFTER WORKING FOR ENTIRE NIGHT THE ROOM TEMPERATURE WAS 36°C.. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Rooms - 207,208,209 all occupied by us. Dated - 12-08-2022 to 13-08-2022.
