The room was clean and comfortable. The highlight was the lavish breakfast. There were ***y options including both eggs and dosas to order. I would return simply for that breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay and 10 of my friends also decided to stay there all of had a good time The breakfast buffet was amazing all kinds of food were offered and the waitress were very friendly

This hotel was a terrible mistake. Absolutely terrible mistake. Will not recommend anyone to stay in this place. There was no hot water. When I asked the reception, they said, it'll take 30 minutes for hot water to run. No rugs were provided in the bathroom. The most horrible thing was "THERE'S NO DOCTOR ON CALL". How is this possible. I work for a cluster of multiple hotels and every single one has an on call doctor. I've never stayed in a single hotel that doesn't have a doctor on call. The staff in the restaurant was unbelievably rude. They were not interested in serving the guests at all. I asked for hot water and the guy just walked by without even acknowledging. Same thing with tea. It looked like they just didn't want to even walk to the table when called. The whole purpose of serving staff was lost in this rude, unhelpful people. If ever I travel to Lucknow, this will be a place I will avoid at all costs.

Very poor stay. Smelling Corridor, Poor breakfast and other services. This hotel appears to be catering to a large number of single male sales persons and their workshops. Overall not a good place to stay

Budget hotel only a quarter of the rooms have been renovated. Poor food quality, half the buffet was stale and cold. The servers were impolite and ignorant and served reheated tea/coffee. service was very slow . We went there for a marriage, almost the whole hotel was booked by the groom party but they didnot seem happy to serve

Excellent Ambience, delicious food and super fast service , what more to expect!! We had a splendid dinner which i organized for my wife s birthday with family and friends! The service ***ager was present all through and ensured that everything was in order!! Highly recommended!!

Hotel is good. Neat and clean and food is decent. Even decent service though I couldn't get them to fix my hot water problem in my 2 days stay here. One thing to say publicly, their reception staff Mr. Sameer is the rudest staff I've encountered. We had a breakfast inclusive stay and we're entitled 2 breakfasts. On early check in on 6th Dec we took breakfast which they charged but we asked to adjust it with 8th Dev Morning as we were not having breakfast then. Mr. Sameer acted as all hell broke loose and very rudely and roughly blamed us that as we have not informed one night before we have to pay that irrespective we take breakfast or not. On lots of deliberation and discussion with the ***ager , I ***aged to get the same adjusted. Let me also inform that one of the rooms was occupied by 1 person less as I reached a day later due to some office work. I had to be ada***t that either they adjust the breakfast or give me 1500rs discount on less occupancy. Finally, on speaking with the ***ager the same was done much to the disgust of that Mr. Sameer. I've decided that never will I stay here again and am getting the hotel removed from my company empanelment also.

Shockingly a worst place to stay because of incompetent staff and ***agers. AC does not work and staff is unable to fix the issue, not able to provide any alternate arrangement to the guest family. For everything they reply, not in my power sir. Unreachable FOAM. Nobody available to even attend a written complaint too.
