The hotel is in a convenient location. When we checked in our keys didn’t work, so we he to travel back to the front desk. The front desk agent was kind enough to ride the elevator with us to the room to make sure we were able to get in on the 2nd try. The beds are comfortable and the room size is great. The only thing that disappointed me was the condition of the bathroom. The bathtub had stains in it, there was hair on the floor, stains on the toilet seat and toilet handle. I was very uncomfortable in the bathroom, because it looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all.

Carpet had not been vacuumed. When we pulled the curtain closed at night it revealed a bandaid stuck on the wall. Totally grossed me out. The sheets were pilly and therefore itchy. The bed was worn out and we could not get comfortable. Didn’t sleep a wink! Will not return. The staff upon arrival were so nice and I had high hopes until we got into the bed and then saw the bandaid. The employee at checkout was awful. She didn’t care about our experience and simply just said I will tell housekeeping. Had no customer service skills or empathy to our experience.

The property was clean. It was in close driving proximity to restaurants and stores.
There was some echoing from the halls but over all a nice clean location.

Our stay was a stopover on our way home. Hampton is our go to hotel. You know for the most part that’s it going to be clean, comfortable, and consistent!

Loved the big shower, the large shampoo, conditioner, body wash bottles, comfortable king bed, bathroom night light (i always forget to bring one) quiet air conditioner. Nice breakfast spread.
This hotel had all the things we needed for a comfortable overnight stay and easy departure.
