My booking is inclusive of a complimentary hightea set, but the set can actually be a meal itself as we can order anything on the list that is below 45 MOC. Definitely coming back again if I'm at macau.

This is my first time in Lisboa and it is 10/10 for me. The amenities are so awesome. The front desk Vivian is very accomodating. She let me check in 1pm and change the room as I requested with sauna. The housekeepong and dine in service are very good giving all my request in an instant. The one in the telephone also answer very politely. The jacuzzi and sauna in the room is a very plus so me and my friends enjoy the total experience. The bath soap and shampoos are Hermes. The bath salt was refilled as we requested. The drinks in the mini bar are for free. The view is perfect. The complimentary are very good. Only problem of this hotel is they have few plug to charge, and the wifi is too slow but we never mind at all. The swimming pool is quite huge and the staff are very Accommodating even cannot speak much english. Thanks for the umbrella and tumbler and the welcome keychains.☺️ we will definitely book again!!! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

The hotel was just okay. The walls are super thin, which makes it hard to sleep. My bath tub wasn't working so i had to call reception, & when they came to fix it, i asked the water temperature because its luke warm, NOT hot & i was told ”thats just the way it is”... Also they have very limited ways of taking the deposit, their machines wouldn't take my visa debit card, master credit card or my union pay card, so at 10:30pm i had to take a taxi all the way back to the airport to withdraw money! also the ”shuttle bus” they have doesn't include the airport, and only starts at 11:45 am.

It was my first time to stay at Resorts World Hotel. As soon as I arrived at the slope of the hotel entrance, a waiter suddenly ran up from a distance. He enthusiastically took my suitcase and led me all the way to the hotel front desk to check in. Then he helped me put my suitcase away. Delivered to the room, it feels like five-star treatment! The curtains in the room are automatic and open as soon as you enter the door. The color matching of the entire room makes you feel refreshing and comfortable. The visual effect of hygiene is also very good. You can't help but want to take a few photos and watch them while lying on the bed. Looking at the beautiful lake view outside the window, there are no densely packed high-rise buildings, and it feels like being on a quiet seaside. What I remember praising is the location. There is a bus terminal at the door, making it convenient to go anywhere! The 6 yuan MT1 takes you to the airport in half an hour, so convenient!

Wynn Macau is a definition of a luxurious stay. The environment is fancy and welcome, since we arrive all staff provide us an amazing service and high quality standards. Food is great and you can enjoy an amazing international or Chinese breakfast buffet. We had opportunity to have dinner as well and you can find many fine fine options inside the hotel. It’s a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service and facilities. We are to come back and next time maybe try Wynn Palace.

Front desk staff were very helpful and willing to keep my luggage temporarily even after check out. Clean spacious room good for sleep with sufficient amenities. The hotel has some nicely themed rooms which I should try out on my next visit.

This hotel has only basic facilities but the location is excellent very close to the center area. The staff was very nice and helpful. Try to get a room facing the garden which has a good view to the city and to the old light house. The breakfast was very basic but included in the hotel room rate. Old hotel but still clean and neat & big space compare to hotel at HK , front desk is friendly and cheerful , my kids like the hotel Bcz the room got bathtub 🛁… and there is a 24 hrs convenient store near by to the hotel about 2mins walk only … can get some drink or 🍺😍😍😍 and some snack etc… happy with my stay . Next to hotel there is a McDonald & restaurant 六楼后座food is nice 👍 … Will come again thanks !!!

The hotel is close to the streets where you can find local restaurants for dinner and stalls for commodities. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. I really like the toddlers dental kit super cute, and gave us more bath robe. I could see the swimming pool from the windows. The swimming pool water was clean and we love the pool since it’s has a heater. And the good thing if you don’t have a sunblock, a huge gallon available there which is free to use. And we did enjoy at the jacuzzi. There are lots of expensive stores around if you want to shop. The staffs are very friend and gave us fruits in the room.
